One thing everyone seems to be missing is that Ranked Warzones WILL need a gear check. There are enough idiots in this game already saying they don't need Recruit gear/any PvP gear. If Bioware allows those kind of players into Ranked the entire system will fall apart.

Simple breakdown. 1.2-Now if you crit-craft something it can accept any augment of any level and it will retain that augment slot. Based on what a Dev said on Reddit I also believe that any cri-crafted gear from pre 1.3 will have an Mk-6 slot when 1.3 goes live. 1.3-Crit-Crafted gear will have an augment slot equal to the level of the item. You can add an augment slot of any level by using an Augment Kit and an Augment Table. The Kits are learned from your class trainer and require mats that come from REing ANY gear of that level. You need to RE 10 of an item (subject to change) to get the necessary mats.

GOOD, GOOOD let the butthurt FLOW through you....or learn to play, one or the other. @Tanks Damage-Only Shadow/Assassin tanks need to be looked at. There is an Imp Sin on my server who TOPS dps (400K+ most matches) every game. Add that to two or fewer deaths and it makes a Sentinel feel very bad.

And how much of a cooldown do those have? As soon as DPS see you are undergeared you will be ganked everytime you spawn. Again I just get the feeling you must PvP against complete invalids who have no idea how to play/are just as under geared for PvP as you are.

I find that the Mod/Enhancement in the Guardian Vindicator BM/WH gloves is a good one for Power/Accuracy.

Either your server is full of blithering idiots or you are lying. Trust me Shien's BEST Trooper healer in FULL WH can not tank 3 dps on him, so don't say you in your PvE gear can.

^Your still taking +15% or more increased damage if you are in full Black Hole.

BUT just before the man can get his check he is knocked down/pushed back/sent into a coma. Just then the clerk takes the check back and the man is devoured by angry weasels who are smart enough to know how to play the system.

You see big numbers on your heals in Rakata/Campaign. I see HUGE numbers on my Master Strike when I hit you.

So it will be the same issue PvP already deals with then? Idiots not bothering to acquire their gear....sigh.

Or skipped picking up MULTIPLE BM pieces. That's why you save comms, not so that you can grab a Warhero piece right away. Personally I think it would be nice if Bio brought back a Valor requirement for both types of gear. For one this would stop the idiots who refuse to buy Recruit, since then the grind to BM would be a bit longer/they would be out of luck longer since they did not buy their Recruit gear. A Valor requirement on BM gear would also mean Bio could up the stats on Recruit just a touch since people would be in it longer.

You can craft it with an augment slot. So if you like how the PvP gear looks you can make it BIS.

Nice example: My server has an entire GUILD who refuses to buy Recruit gear....and then their premade faced some actually geared playes IE the rest of us. It was a Voidstar match and we capped under 3 mins. It was like running a hot knife through butter. After that game they all went and bought their gear. A rematch happened the other day and the match was a complete stalemate.

You do know that one ENTIRE tree is built around DOTs right? The majority of its damage comes from two different abilities, not three. Unless you had a DOT on you from a Sorc/Sage or a BH/Trooper you did not have three from a Sent/Marauder since they only have two and they don't stack. QQ fail.

OP I doubt the validity of your statement, or at least its base assumption. There is no way (outside of massive adrenal/relic abuse) that you should be getting hit this hard by ravage. The only thing that should cause this much damage is you being undergeard OR you took all your gear off so you could post this asinine thread. Shien server is horribly unbalanced, with Reps having a much larger majority. We play lots of games Rep Vs Rep. A brand new, poorly geared 50 sage showed up yesterday. He was wearing quest greens. Thankfully I played against him most of the time. ONLY against that undergeared Sage did I get hits like you are showing here. SO stop either whining/lying and get your gear.

FYI once you hit level 40 you can buy RANKED Commendations at the 3/1 ratio, these cap at over 3500 AND can be exchanged BACK into regular comms. Simple process really. Hit level 40, cap at 2000 WZ comms, then exchange those for ranked ones. Continue doing this until you hit 50 and you should easily be able to buy all your Battlemaster. Still, buying Recruit gear is part of the process. You can get it for free in Outlaw's Den if your to lazy/cheap to buy it. I have no pity for anyone whining about this. I lived through the insanity of launch TOR's gear system and let me tell you I would GLADLY have paid double what Recruit costs now to get it back then.

Role-Playing servers usually try to stay in character at all times. You will see teams of people together role-playing and discussing their activities in character. The community itself is usually more serious, restrained, and focused on building a character with a story and personality.

I find it weird that here people are saying Expertise is worthless, while other places people say to use as much as possible. With a mix of Warhero/Battlemaster using PvE Relics I have just around 11k Expertise. I was thinking of stacking more but I according to posts here its not worth it.

The Black-Blue are nice....but I don't want to waste my comms on none WH gear at this point in time.

I just want to find better saber crystals! If only there were +exp BLUE ones I would be happy, but alas there are not.
