  1. Also: This should help you, OP. (it might not be 100% what you were talking about but he does still give some helpful info)
  2. I'm... really confused. I've been using the target of target feature for a really long time now... when was this "added"? I have "Acquire Target's focus" or whatever set to my F key, so when I heal I just hit F to spam back and forth between healing the tank and shooting the mob. What's the issue? Works like a charm for me.
  3. I'm trying to find a signature generator for TOR that doesn't create giant sig images.. I love Enjin's generator but it's a big image and I have 3 toons I want to make them for... XD
  4. That won't happen if the merges are done properly. If two low-pop servers get merged together there aren't going to be any queues. Anyway, there's a giant thread out there about this topic, but in a recent twitter post I saw them say they're working on transfers... but they didn't say anything about mergers. Transfers should be the last thing they work on because if everyone transfers at the same time to a higher-pop server then we'll end up with queues again... let's just say most people want a merger to happen but it seems it won't in any near future.
  5. Only price I hate is the price of removing epic mods. :/ Seems unreasonable to have to wince just to look the way I want to.
  6. That's pretty hilarious. I'm resharing this on G+. lol!
  7. Meh I dealt with this stuff in WoW. It happens. Just gotta sit through it and soon all this will be forgotten.
  8. Particularly epic mod removal. I wanted to change to a different helm and I started to remove ONE mod in one item and it said it cost 25k. Now multiply that by 3 and then by 8 on top of that and the cost of changing a whole outfit begins to look a bit staggering. We should feel a bit of freedom when it comes to deciding what we want to wear because this game was marketed partially on that aspect... yet it makes us wince when we have to do so. I'm okay with moneysinks in certain areas... but when it comes to mods for wanting our characters to look the way we want to? In certain other games the cost for looking the way we want is somewhat pricey but nothing to really have to pause about. Please nerf the cost of epic mod removal. :/ (Btw this isn't a post-1.2 suggestion... I've been thinking this ever since I hit 50 and saw the fee)
  9. The only credit sink I'm peeved about is removing epic mods to wear the outfit you want. 75+k just to fix one item? I thought we were supposed to feel free to wear what we want and not have to wince at it.
  10. I knew about this long before 1.2 came out... it was in a post somewhere (I forget where). Anyway my main issue isn't even the set bonus... it's the fact that it costs 500k to remove mods. I mean they were marketing this game on "hey look you can wear whatever you want!" but now it takes us 5 days of grinding dailies to make enough money to change our outfit? THAT is what my biggest gripe is.
  11. lol just have to check the server status page on the site... but they are indeed up
  12. My server isn't improving... so.. I agree with the OP.
  13. .. LONGER? D: Cuz waiting 2+ hours for an epic mission is not already enough?! T-T
  14. Please Bioware/EA, please do merges or offer free transfers because many servers (like my own, Krayiss Obelisk) just don't have a great economy or community feel due to low numbers. If you offer transfers we're all going to move to the bigger-pop servers which means you'll still end up with dead servers in the end. You NEED to merge.
  15. (I don't have actual stats/numbers to back this up so feel free to correct me) I think the majority of gaming players don't want to play a fat character.... particularly a hero of the galaxy. Now we DO know that male gamers outnumber female gamers (though of course in recent years the gap has lessened), and I would also hazard a guess that they want to play/see generally physically-appealing female characters. So I don't think it's fair to say that gaming companies don't realize that fat people exist, I just think that whatever research they did during game production indicated that the current set of female bodies would be most preferable.
  16. So... to facilitate all body types there should be a morbidly obese option? They're galactic heroes, as someone said. Sure the biggest body type for males is kind of wide but he's not really fat-fat (but does kinda look fat). You could say he's more like one of those defense dudes in football.. stocky and wide but still very fit. I think the "chubby" girl should be sufficient... Though what would be really nice is to have body scale sliders... one for height and one for width... so if that's what you're asking for then I would agree with that.
  17. The biggest and still-current one being WoW of course! Yes I have noticed the oddity of the lack of day/night.. I mean heck I would love to watch the Tatooine sunset of two suns! haha It is a nice little gimmick that does make everything feel more realistic but maybe they didn't do it because all the planets are in different systems and they were too lazy to do different suns for each system.
  18. Unfortunately it doesn't. I'm full light side on my consular and she isn't any different. I guess they're just going along with the films... cuz in the films the jedi have no "effects" but the sith and all them have weird looking faces and skin.. though that doesn't explain bounty hunter effects... Well now we're back to square one. D:
  19. This is really saddening news! I just recently ground my consular up to social tier 4 and now I'm wearing Hoth's social gear and I was hoping that I could keep wearing it but get the set bonuses from the mods.. and now I can't...? :/ I mean I suppose in 4.2 the gear will be outdated but.. I dunno. I was hoping for better than that.
  20. I agree with this thread. I know creds are easy to make but removing epic mods and even sometimes blue mods is soooo expensive. The one time I tried it I saw like a 20-30k fee and I said "..oh hell no." Mind you I'm not poor but I just thought the cost was way too much (especially when the removals start stacking up). Soo... I agree with you.
  21. Hahaha! This is true... it looks really uncomfortable and slightly unrealistic (or more than slightly? lol) I never played Guild Wars, but WoW had a move-to command added recently for hunter pets and I found it highly useful, so when it was absent in this game I realized just how much we need it (especially considering that our companions are affected by all types of attacks).
  22. This is a fantastic idea. Though I wouldn't want to lump legacy with social.. they ARE two separate things. However I like the idea that social levels should be shared across all toons so that no matter which one you're on, you're sharing the same amount of social gain as long as you're grouped with someone for a flashpoint or quests. This would make the grind faster and easier. I approve of this suggestion!
