...really? This is a big issue?

I'm not trying to get people worked up... it's just they said the transfers are coming around early summer and it's almost May... Early summer is technically June so that's in a month or so.. I think it's a concern that can be asked in this timeframe. Sooo I think bringing this to their attention IS constructive and seeing as I've now seen 2-3 other threads pop up today regarding this subject, we are far from alone in wondering this.

RNG is bad enough hoping for: a) your companion doesn't fail missions (Yuun is almost maxed out and fails pretty often still) b) one of your missions crit for epic-type materials And I'd like to say I can live with the above RNG. I can deal with it. Frustrating as it may be, I can deal... BUT on top of that I have to spend credits doing Companion Gift missions in my underworld trading because currently my grade 6 missions list looks like this: 5 companion gift missions, 1 Underworld fabrics mission We should always get at least ONE mission per type of reward... I shouldn't have to spend credits hoping that I'll get even a *chance* at being able to get maybe 2-4 grade 6 metals and *maybe* 2-3 epic-type metals.

Done! But no one replied to it so it got buried so who knows if Bioware even saw it

I feel your pain. Right now I'm having *the* worst luck with slicing crits at grade 6 levels. I've gathered well over 80 blue-type grade 6 slicing components and I have a grand total of 6 purple components... that lets me make a grand total of 1 advanced augment. Whoop-di-doo!

I also made a suggestion here: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=440585 That I don't think anyone seems to have mentioned yet. I think it would be great for people who play a lot to reap the benefits of their playtime.

I thought it was just me experiencing random cutscenes with no sound... like maybe my computer got too hot and then it affected my sound card but now this thread has me second guessing. I notice that at first the game plays normally but if I'm playing for extended periods of time suddenly I find attacks and cutscenes with broken audio... my lightning sounds faded, my cutscenes lack both audio AND the people in the cutscene don't move their mouths. It's truly bizarre.

I think the point is that you need to earn high-level gear... for EACH toon. You can't just pass it down like some second-hand item. It falsifies your achievements if someone looks at your gear... they think you did content when you didn't. I don't mind not being able to mail bound items, as long as I can mail anything else.

Please allow us to transfer our guild as a unit to whatever new server we decide on. I know many guilds on low-pop servers spent the 600k required to open it, and then probably many of the larger ones have close to a full tab of items (if not more). I mean my guild is small and we've managed to fill half a tab already. I can't imagine the ones with more members. So if we could just have the option to transfer the guild's data and bank to a new server when transfers open up, that would be great for many of us. Finally -- if guild transfers do not happen, could a transferring guild have the option to close the guild bank for a refund of the 600k? That would be appreciated.

Yeah.. I just... wish they would refund us the 600k then if we're not able to transfer the guild to whatever new server we decide on. :/ I suppose we can find a way to spread all the items across our most active members but... still.

What will happen to guilds? Will we have to re-make them entirely?

I know that my server is a pretty low-pop server and we'll all probably get offered a transfer. When that happens, how will guilds move? I know credits are "easy to get" but we have a lot of stuff in our bank and some people gave a lot of credits to open it so it would kind of suck to have to re-gather the 600k required to open it, and then have to find a way to withdraw all the items deposited thus far. (I mean we'd probably have to arrange to have a number of members pull x-amount of items and then hold them until the transfer.. surely there would be a better way around this?) So... just wanted to know if this has been addressed or not. Thanks! Sidenote: I can't seem to locate the forum search option... has it been moved?

So I had the idea (not sure if anyone else already thought of this) that to encourage people to keep playing, make multiple toons, all that good stuff.... why not offer a price reduction percentage based on your legacy level? Let us say: 10% per 10 legacy levels, up to a maxiumum of x% -- 30, 40? Not sure what would be best. The perks are obviously intended to be giant credit sinks but I think this small little perk could really get people playing more toons, and potentially also to play longer.

In WoW people treat /trade like /general in cities and practically no one uses /general.... It's reversed in this game so... really.. just deal with it. It's going to happen in any game... people like using a central chat hub. There's always going to be that one channel that no one uses even though it's there.
