Hi, with the changes to the companion system I am considering rolling a new toon. While I have a leveled Shadow I am considering a Sage to use as a healer in group content. I like to deal damage while leveling and was wondering how dps specs are.

The updater is a joke. It literally hogs my whole system when updating. I can not do much of anything else. This is the ONLY game that has ever done this with such horrific results. It is a disgrace. How are they not embarrassed by it. Well, at least they do not have to face us, maybe that is why they can live having made such shoddy work.

One could argue that releasing playable cat-people and not playable wookies is a misrepresentation. I will say nothing about the embaressment of SWToR being a WoW-Clone.

Disney is assessing what they want to do with the franchise. They may very well decide to create a MMO to go along with their new films. Especially if they do well. Then I see this game going the way of the other one. That, however is at least 3 years away, if they want to release a MMO to coincide with the release of the movie. More realistically, even longer than that.

...or.....................................you could actually make a good game that is fun to play that keeps people playing. SWToR has some of that, it could use more. I am sorry, WoW had gear progression so it must be the best thing ever and the ONLY way to make a successful MMO like less-than-a-year-f2p SWToR.

I got full PvP, CLass and Flashpoint perks starting at level 10 and am pleased. I do at least the PvP daily(generally more) and run each FP at least once (I think I have run one twice). I generally do both class and planet quests, completing the mission bonuses save for a few. I do not know about the number crunching, but am currently starting Alderaan at level 32, Valor rank 27.

While I am happy for those that are pleased, I do not get the infatuation with cat-people. I prefer cats to dog, but simply do not get why so many are eager to play a cat-person. Added to that is the fact that if you take the live action movies (not sure about the animated stuff), exactly zero Cathars are a part of it. Regardless of that I can think of five species off the top of my head that are better suited for a Star Wars game: Ithorian, Wookie, Rodian, Trandosian, Yoda's race and I do not think it would take much searching the internet to find a dozen more races that are more relevant to Star Wars than cat-people.

I am sure this has been brought up before, but it needs to be brought up as much as possible. To counteract the limited and often horrendously idiotic armor designs an Appearance Tab is needed that allows us to pick the look we want. The Appearance Tab should have no armor type or level restrictions.

Overall the gear in this game is crap. The designs as well as the implementation along with the customization options are just plain poor and restricting. Bioware needs to make an appearance tab AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, so we can use the few decent pieces regardless of stats, armor type or class restrictions.

Looking at the armor has been known to cause blindness.
