Vigilance for PvE. Vigilance for PvP.. Vigilance for RP. Vigilance for LARP. Vigilance for frigging Life. I don't even respec at Draxus anymore, AOE with Vigilance is that good nowadays.

Someone please check if OS applies Beatdown to combat dummy, mine doesn't work, messed up a 4.67 parse that would be higher.

I've gathered some gear and have been parsing today. Only, I realized a debuff was missing from the dummy while I was parsing in my Vigilance Guardian. Overhead Slash is supposed to apply beat down, which would increase all melee damage, but it never showed on the dummy's debuff bar. I later checked the parse to see that it indeed was NOT getting beatdown. Anyone else noticed this? Sentinels, other Vigilance players? If so, this is f...g up my parsing big time, I had a very nice 4.67k run that I'm sure would hit a lot higher with beatdown.

I have 4 guardians and 2 sentinels, also a jugg and a marauder. Varying genders and alignments. Sages and shadows and sorcs and sins. More than a few commando + vanguards. Believe me, we Altoholics can fill up the roster. ANd with 12xp I actually am nearing the time when all 22 of my chars will be end level.

Female Jedi Knight with a love/hate with Doc. I've laughed real hard whenever they started having a convo. Female Inquisitior. Go full maniac dark. It was so very Bellatrix Lestrange Female Agent. While male version gives off a very James Bond / Jason Bourne feeling, the female version of convos are a bit more... Different. The romance option itself is much different from almost every other option in the game.

I sometimes sleep thru it. Not kidding. Some reflect, some heal to full. And the grenade jumpy end boss doesnt even hurt me more than %7-8 in rep side. In imp side, takes a bit longer but eventually end it on my jugg with no prob at all. It's so laughably easy both versions of that heroic. ESPECIALLY for a guard / jugg in DPS spec.

Wow, the Sage forums are totally ghosttown. For a good answer, there is not a good DPS spec for sages. Until 3.0

Certain gear MUST NOT BE TRADED BETWEEN CHARACTERS. Such as my hardly won Dread Masters Mask from Hateful entity. Or NiM drop mounts. And we can already cheese the system for real gear aside from relics,, implants and earpieces. And you can at least grind for those. srsly, There are not that many BoP items left in the game aside from token gear.

WORKING Pazaak table. And Sabacc, possibly. There are some people I'd like cleaning out. A jacuzzi. Interactive ofc. It can even be filled with blood for Darksiders. WORKING meditation sphere. Like floating items when you meditate for some time. Needless to say, Mannequins with selectable gender and full gearing options, weapons included. It would also pave the way for a DCUO style item-set saving feature for future. A KOTOR worktable. Like the ones in KOTOR 1-2, with better detail. It would act as a modding station. Maybe even lightsaber customization and NAMING YOUR WEAPON. ( Something I've been rooting for a while. I miss my 1st Age Bow from LotrO, which I had named.) ( It was called Balaur-en-Cudhalion.) Revolving weapons locker. In true Man In Black Fashion. Last, but NOT LEAST, Datacron Unlocking Mechanism for those activated on Legacy Achievements.

I personally favor using Plasma first, then frontload a f..kton of damage by coinciding MS interrupt with Overhead, then doing the same with 2nd MS with Dispatch. Needless to say, I go in with using Combat Focus right after first Plasma, and an adrenal during Force Leap animation. Even without any crits, it's a monstrous opener. And if it crits, whether be it a dummy or a real boss, the DPS spike is so crazy that many tanks I know cry in terror when they see it in Parsec. Also it sets up a nice in fight rotation with a 1 stack-up situation most of the time in real fights. It's a bit skewed in dummy parsing, but works poetically in real fights with phase switches and jumps and whatnot.

I think you guys are WAY WAY overtheorizing. Just roll a full pvp vigi or tank, no muss(co) no fuss. I've yet to curse my build for failures, failures are almost always due to a team not working well, and almost never about how your spec doesn't work. So in short, fix the people around you, not the build.

I was banned for some time and didn't intend to write but.... I need to say a few things. WHICH DAMNED GAME you guys have been playing? No use for a Legacy Storage??? ARE you crazy? I've 22 chars. All of them in use. ANd you can be damned sure I'll get more slots if they ever become available. You know what kind of hell it is to transfer items between your alts? I'm being forced to friend my own alts, and can't even do that cross faction. Every single time you gotta type in char name, and can only send 8 items at a time. IT IS HELL. To circumvent the system, I created a guild and bought a bank for my same faction alts! It is crazy beyond words how I'm forced to cheat the system. And lo, since it's a GB, I can't place Legacy items on it. What did you expect, have all BoPickup items to be tradeable? HELL. NO. Some of those BoPs have meaning. All other aspects of LEgacy Storage is AWESOME. Play LotrO or Aion or some other game with legacy storage. You would not believe how LIMITED their systems are. This what Bioware is doing? IT IS UNDENIABLY NEEDED and awesome beyond any words. It was something I and a lot of us have been shouting from day one. Please do kindly shut up about something being ADDED into the game. Not every single dev works for your singular gaming pleasure.

EVE is a niché game with a very select clientele. They have hardly over 100k players, and that's a maybe. It's not for the masses. That, and Sandbox MMOs with today's graphics and the Bioware styled storytelling requirements? You'd need to spend north of 1 Billion dollars to make a single game. Not financially viable. The reason why you guys don't have that "CHOSEN ONE OF MMOS, THE SANDBOX HEAVEN" is very obvious. Money.

You think we are getting pounded by all other DPSers? Most ppl who post here is top spec players who usually crush their guildmates in DPS. But we know when we are underpowered, by a simple test: When a vanguard comes and does +700 DPS on the same fight between 2.7 and 2.8 ( Brontes) When a shadow comes and crushes Draxus with a 3.9 all the while your best is 3.2-3.3 with focus spec. When a watchman who used to trail you behind with a 300 DPS difference does 100 DPS than you in same fight, the very same day patch hits. It's easy to feel the "change in the wind", as it were. And I haven't checked dummy parses in a while. All my comments are stemming from live raiding environment observations. Currently, there is ZERO reasons to take as long as you have either a) Vanguard, b) Shadow, c) Sentinel. Scoundrel may make you pause about survivability, but at the end of the day, if you have a rare scoundrel with monster DPS, they do more than us any time of the day. Note: These comments are made based upon the assumption that the players of those ACs are on a similar skill level. Otherwise, it's ALWAYS the player quality over AC itself. Winter is coming. For us Guardians.

Weak storytelling. Needs embellishment. Characters are generic. This usually improves with repetition of writing. 4/10. You must try harder.

Tried it. Played it a bit on friends account. We are both bored of it. For me, the even more repetitive nature of a gameplay that surpasses even old school MMOs. And lack of voice acting. And story. And small cuddly races. I HATE small cuddly races. I tear them apart in pvp when I see them, and I kill them over and over when they are NPCs. Yes, I have problems. Anyways.... For my friend, it was the game in general. Boring. Overhyped. A few friends of ours made it to lvl 50. And stopped playing. Raiding with 1-2-3-1-2-3-1-2-3 can be only so much fun, or so I'm told. Tbh, I'd guessed that would be the case from beta. Basically, Wildstar is.... Wildstar. It's just kinda there. You know it's there, but you don't particularly care.
