  1. I like Ashara (I thought she had one of the better companion stories) but it's a pain to get her affection up as a female, which is part of the problem. She's also very contradictory at times but I liked that about her character. I don't believe it either.
  2. I would actually prefer a 'herosexual' approach. But it seems that only applies when they want to create SGR female options as there are plenty examples of gender exclusive romances for straight male, female, and now even one gay male option. Funny how that works.
  3. Ah that's more like it...I was actually going to give them credit for something...
  4. Orly? That's shocking actually. I did that one on a few of my Imperial female characters and thought it was 10 times better than the Lembda one, which I found awkward.
  5. Indeed If you read point 7: "They rather do planetary story arcs, than class stories, because the group experience is better, when playing through them (like on Makeb)." I'd say class stories (and existing class companion stories by extension) are done.
  6. Like Taitle said, it's basically a choice on the dialog wheel. There seem to be four types of romance content. 1) Choose [flirt] with a non-companion NPC but nothing happens (it's there for 'flavor' I guess). Most SGRs seem to be like this (Microbinocular mission flirts, BBA flirts). 2) Flirt with a non-companion NPC where something is implied to happen (fade to black). I know of one of these for SGRs (new Czerka flashpoint: can flirt/fade to black with female Czerka rep). 3) Small romantic storylines with non-companion NPCs that you talk to a few times but nothing serious happens. The Makeb SGRs fall into this category. 4) Romance storylines with companion NPCs that are the only serious relationships depicted in swtor....only heterosexual PCs have this privilege.
  7. Hmm....I guess not. I'm really not sure what you'd call it. She give you her holo-frequency but it seems my characters can't figure out how to call it
  8. Well, you don't have to play as straight but your gay characters won't be getting any one night stands for some time (lvl 50-55 depending on your faction/gender).
  9. It's not final yet and they've stated they'll make changes based on how specs/classes perform in arenas. But yeah, I expected a bit more tweaks at the inception of 2.4.
  10. So I take it your arena ranked queue options are either solo or in a group of 4...no groups of 2 or 3, correct?
  11. Since they changed Madness for the sole purpose of making it easier to play and hence more accessible, I'm curious if their class data metrics show an increase of Madness Assassin players and if this has met their expectations. If not, do they have plans to significantly 'tweak' the tree again?
  12. I do use him often on my BH but I do tend to use the female companions so he's an exception XD I'm not sure if they will ever add 'SGR companions'...I'm thinking all we will ever see is the stuff like with Makeb. I mean, ideally, there would need to be one per gender/faction while with a comp like Treek it's one size fits all for all classes/factions.
  13. To make matters worse, male Imperial players have an exclusive m/f flirt (with Katha Niar though it goes nowhere). BTW, I do know all this b/c my first Makeb pt was with my female Agent while teaming up with my friend's male Sith Warrior. He informed me of all the flirts available to him. Funny enough, I saw the Makeb m/m romance before the f/f one as my friend romanced Cytherat that first pt. As far as Imperial females ever getting SGRAs (or SGRs whatever, I still don't know the difference) it seems like the next event will have some more 'flirts' similar to the seeker droid quests...I guess that's all we are going to get
  14. Males can flirt with both. There are no f/f exclusive flirts in the game. I did finish the seeker droid quest and
  15. Watchmen dots are "physical" effects and can be cleansed by the other healers.
  16. Anything that brings back more melee ability usage for Balance is good. Spamming Double Strike/Saber Strike is zzzzzzzzzzzz I like the Spinning Strike at any health idea (it could have a chance to proc of of a DOT). A proc that makes Shadow Strike useful would be great too. Possibly make the next Shadow Strike used cost a bit less force and maybe consume all DOTs on the target but turn them into extra force damage on top of the SS melee damage. Timing on when to use that might be tricky. That might be a bad idea, but basically it would be nice to see a skill unique to Balance that affects SS like Shadow Wrap or Infiltration Tactics but does something different from those.
  17. LOL at those enemy debuff bars. To be fair, there was at least one Sniper...
  18. I lost hope of ever seeing companion SGRAs (it seems clear to me that won't be happening). But I'm sure we'll see something similar to the "SGRs" in Makeb in the next mini-expansion to be released next year....yippee.
  19. I typically win 40-50% Pub side as solo-pugger on Pot5. If you want to see real bad Pub PvP...transfer to Harbinger. Can't wait to move some of my pub pvp toons off that server.
  20. I guess they could always define a min number based on...something. The other issue is: after the game checks you for being heal spec, you can respec. So...go into WZ as DPS spec and change to heals after the check-point.
