Love the ranked system and I totally get the whole pre season stuff and not getting cross server matches with 1.2 thus the mixed queues. But as far as the penalty system for quitting......I've never quit a WZ but I have had at least 1 ctd/day whilst combating in a WZ.and all I can tell you is this.The 1st time I will get a penalty and a queue debuf in a ranked wz because the game crashed I will quit the game. I had enough of this game crash=time penalties in WAR and I'm not going through that !@@!#@# again for no reason.

Spank players that play on underpopulated servers. On my underpopulated "standard" server you get tops 60 players in the fleet on a Saturday evening. This is like a single player games' multiplayer mode server and not like one of the fastest growing MMO servers should be. Aka.Merge servers before it's too late. I'm already dead bored of this situation.

If you do raids often you can't get any money cause the gear repair prices are ridiculously high.It's as if you are paying credits to raid. If you like questing even after your story line has ended and treat SWTOR as a sandbox MMO you can get a lot of money.I do a lot of quests and bonus series just for the fun and I've earned more than 3.000.000 credits since the game launched. But indeed the legacy tree prices are too high and having to spend 250k for an ability I already have just because they moved it to the legacy tree is just lame.

There is indeed a new starter blue PvP set but I don't know what currency will be used to get it.

After they reduced the chance for bags to drop set pieces it became really hard to get armor.I was lucky enough to get my champ gear before that but since then I got like 2 pieces out of 30+ bags and a lot of useless currency. That is why they changed the system you acquire PvP gear and removed the valor rank limitation from BM in 1.2.Now you can also get BM with WZ commendations and it seems it will be alot easier to get full BM gear. So the new rank 50s are the lucky ones!! Oh...and champ gear rulezzzzzzz(the BM geared players I've killed know it!!)

This seems to be a part of their strategy.It's not only crystals.Via the legacy system it is also fraction specific races. I don't like it at all and I think that removing the fraction/alignment requirements and limitations in any way damages the lore and story of the SW universe. What are they thinking?? You can't just destroy the lore of SW like that and get away with it. In the long run this will turn back on them. They are disturbing the force.

PvP Gear From what I understand centurion and champion gear are removed from the game. If you already have these sets you get to keep em and nothing will change in their stats.There is new blue PvP armor set for lower ranks.Battlemaster gear got increased expertise.Your old BM gear will be updated to the 1.2 one when the patch goes live.Be carefull though.You gear pieces must have the exact mods and enchantments of the original sets.If you have modified your BM gear in any way your modifications will remain as they are and they won't be updated.If you have moded your BM gear make sure you install all the original mods and enchantments to their slots b4 1.2.

It is indeed a great system and makes PvP a lot of fun. It's a pity that you can't a understand it and use it in your favor.
