Honestly, not trolling, but learn to play your class. Spend 10 minutes on a dummy. If you go below 50% ammo without recharge cells, you've failed. There's enough info around to work out a proper "rotation."

I can confirm this, relogging fixed it for me though.

If you have Zero PvP gear follow these steps: 1. Purchase Recruit gear. 2. Do pvp WZs. 3. Look at each piece of eliminator, work out yourself what you think the best upgrade is, then go for it. Personally, I get the weapon first.

Swaggz thats called a troll attempt. Your guildie needs to L2P. Unload is awesome for heat management. I prioritise Unload over everything (including TM). Highest DPS ive done on a dummy was 1400 over 6 minutes. Generally do 1300-1600 on bosses. Unfortunately our guilds sentinel is hitting nearly 2000 DPS on Karagga (No aoe).

With raid buffs, in my honest oppinion, you need to hit the following stats: Crit - 35% Accuracy - 100/110% Surge - 70-75% Power - stack the **** out of this once those other numbers have been hit. I parse at around 1400 DPS on operations dummy. 1300-1600 on the bosses that dont have heaps of movement.

Meh, healing 500-600k then getting no MVPs makes me cry. If ive only healed 200k I wouldnt care for not getting an MVP.

Meh, testing dummy DPS is all well and good. But it counts for **** when you suddenyl have to start moving around the room. Pretty sure he hits 1550 on dummies anyways.

Meh I hit 1587 DPS on Karagga HM last night. Dont think we're broken (pvp sucks as gunnery though). Leveling wise, just grab the piece with the biggest +greens. Its not too important <50.

Lol at the imbecile that claimed archeage was small sandbox with small budget. In actual fact it's a theme park meets sand box game, as evidenced by the style of leveling and the different continents. Although its budged was 1/4 of swtors, the money is being spent on things that people actually care about.

If you're attempting to make an honest, constructive post, it's simple. Don't make **** up. I'm happy with my commando in pve. Pvp is ok, I don't mind our burst, but some buffage on survivability would be good.

Commando for sure. Superior DPS IMO. Extremely competitive. Bads have said commandos do bad DPS. They then link us there DPS meter of 700 or so DPS. Trust me, thats not the classes fault, thats the player. In an 8 man HM standing still type of fight, I can do 1400 DPS. Ive recently changed my spec and gear around quite a bit, Im fairly confident come next raid, i'll push the 1500 DPS.

Yeah we need this in the game asap. I need some sort of PvP flair to convince my guys to stay. Simply put, as of right now, I will be losing 80% of my guild to GW2. Personally, I'm staying, but we need something to keep the PvP exciting.

Simply put, if you're in raiding gear (columi + ) and pulling these numbers, you are bad. In Anni Droid fight I hit 1400 DPS. There's a bloke been pulling 1500-1700 DPS in 16 man HM EC (was doing 1800+ prior to DR fix). Rotation: GR = filler Prioritise FA DR on CD HiB on 5 stacks. I was pulling 1350 DPS consistantly on Dummies, however, I was newbing it up and getting the alacrity talents. I've since changed, and min/maxed my gear and now I see 1400.

There's been plenty of postings on DPS figuers in other threads, look for the one with the tital "no QQ" or something. I agree with Fight in this thread.

This is a post regarding balancing of the Mercenary/Commando Arsenal/Gunnery Specs. With regards to the recent patch, we have seen evidence that not only were we recieving increased damage on our HSM and Demolition Round from other players Debuffs, but we also recieved some increased damage from our own. Independent testing has shown that I have lost approximately 25% off my own Demolition Rounds (done on a dummy, with no other debuffs). My question is, if Grav round was nerfed 10% and Demolition Round buffed 10% for the 1.2 patch, were these changes not made with faulty data, and therefore needs to be addressed. Seeing as though you would have been comparing our DPS that utilised the broken Demolotion Round, with other classes' DPS. If you would require parses that can prove these significant findings, i'll be more than happy to send them.

@OP yes, we were incorrect is saying that the DR was not recieving the Grav vortex debuff. Seeing as though that pre-patch I was revieving different numbers to post-patch - without other commando debuffs. What this means, is that when they did their internal testing on class balance, (remember the whole -10% GR, +10% DR??) That they used incorrect numbers to actually do their balancing.

Don't be too disillusioned. I just went 1390 DPS in 1st boss HM EV. I mean, theres a little bit of moving around, and the group I was with was learning the fight, as evidenced by the 3-4 attempts on the tower trash lawl. http://www.torparse.com/a/9150
