    One problem with ranked pvp is the limitation of teams doing it. It is just not fun, to play against the same couple of teams over and over again. A europe/america queue would increase the numbers of teams one can compete with. They should merge servers and work on cross-server queue.

    GSF, PvP and especially ranked pvp have no role limitations and would benefit a great deal from cross server.

    A couple of servers should be merged yes. Will it happen ? Probably no. BW has something that is "better than cross server", at least that is what they said about the issue. Last information on this was that BW did want to hand out more information by the end of 2014. So it will probably never happen

    You can play everything, even without a sub. Only the new chapter coming in february will not be available.

    The disturbing question should be, why did BW not notice that is was bugged ? Again it was the playerbase who found that out. I highly doubt BW has any form of QA or testing. Probably BWs maxim is: When the client does not crash to desktop at start, it is ready to release.

    Could we get some more information on this ? If we take the Credit price as an indicator it seems that there are still billions of credits in the system that were made with the exploit.

    If BW would monitor metrics/or have a clue how to read them, the last exploit would have been fixed within days, not weeks.

    Level sync is the new endgame. Feel happy you can now do content, that most avoided before which forced BW to bring 12x XP so that players could skip the content, that is now the endgame content.

    Risking an account that has one billion credits to save a couple of millions is stupid. So if that person did exploit, he probably did use the exploit excessive and for that, he deserves the punishment. That cheating in online games can result in permanent account suspension is broad knowledge, this is not coming out of nowhere. So far both of your storys are unreliable.

    There was a serious reason for getting a permanent ban for exploiting and with 1 billion credits he has more than enough credits to max out a lot of companions.

    If this person really had 1 billion credits before the exploit he is either incredibly stupid or lying. Why would someone with that much money exploit to get a couple of millions ? His goal was probably (if true) to get another billion of credits and for that, he deserves what he got.

    He did not exploit himself. He just bought all the cheated stuff cheap from the GTN with his credtis to resell it after the exploit is fixed for profit. Personally i would remove all his stuff too. He is not better than the exploiters, he just thinks this is the safest way to make profit out of an exploit.

    Buying illegal stuff to sell it is not legal. Particularly if one does it knowingly.

    Most servers are dead, if you happen to be on one of them, then no. But character transfer is cheap, so just move to a full server.

    If it is a normal trade sure. If it was just a try to launder exploited credits and BW can prove it, no.

    You are right. If it makes the round that BW caters exploiters with lax treatments a lot of legit players will leave. This might be odd for you, but a normal player does not want to play with cheaters.

    I bet those guys who want a lax punishment over the exploit are affected by the punishments somehow and are trying now to bring things in a better perspective for themselfs. Like that darkside guy who indirectly admitted he was punished,
