Why does the game keep asking me for this when I try to login? It's really annoying.

The reason games like this put "grinds" is because without it, people would eat content in weeks and then quit the game because it's impossible to make quality content faster than people can go through it. This is just a way to keep people playing and gate the content so you don't do it all at once. The "grind" in modern MMOs is nothing compared to what they once were.

I just think it's stupid that the expansion releases on a SUNDAY, it should have at least been Friday. Sunday is probably the worst possible day because it only gives 1 day before people go back to work/school.

Well maul is by far the hardest hitting ability, 7k+ in which if you open with spike, you can use it almost back to back because of the new talents.

Okay but no class in this game is "hard to play" and even if they were, it surely isn't a marauder. Carnage is probably the easiest spec to play out of the three.

The problem is it makes all the content we have now meaningless because the gear won't be worth getting anymore. It shrinks the game down to 1 operation and 5 flash points. The leveling is supposed to take 9-10 hours and I doubt gearing up for this operation will take long so people will most likely be bored and quit within a month like they did at TOR launch. That's the issue most people have I think, I personally would have preferred to get a 60$ expansion with NEW flashpoints along with ALL the old ones boosted up to level 55. The least they could have done was boost all the current hard mode flash points to 55.

No, they changed it because this game has way too much CC as it is. I'm glad you think you're better than the majority of the SWTOR community at pvp in this game. That's cute.

That's pretty dumb logic. They blindly pre-ordered something that they had no information on and thus should be rewarded? We shouldn't be condoning this kind of behaviour in companies. It's like the whole "season passes" that keep coming out in games and they don't even release much content after everyone bought them. A smart intelligent person would wait until their is actual information on a product before throwing their money at it.

Like me? You don't even know me pal. You have no idea what I would do in a situation like that, don't quickly condemn someone just because you don't agree with them, that's pure ignorance. If the servers cannot handle a lot o f players in makeb, then that's not my problem because EVERYONE will be in makeb on the 14th. The vast majority of people preordered AFTER the january date. Every MMO has problems with new expansions, and SWTOR will be no different because of how bad their servers are with having actual people on the planets.

So with the ridiculous amount of time it takes to get out of recruit gear, and the amount of stuns, roots and CC in this game how does anyone enjoy pvp? I'm constantly getting ambushed, smashed or just destroyed in an electrocute by people. Is it really worth taking this beating to get war hero gear? does it get better?

The logic of the people that are against premades having their own queue is hilarious.

Why do you feel the need to do every single quest to move on to the next planet? And if you're really in it for doing the content, why should it matter if you out level the quests? It helps people level a new class for the launch of the expansion.

He's level 46 in the 10-49 bracket. Gear isn't that much of an issue. If it were 50 pvp, then I would understand.

I'm not sure you could have much of a story for each individual class for it to be any good for 5 levels. You'd have to build and develop heroes and villains and it just wouldn't be worth the money for 5 levels imo. The class stories were amazing but it's time we move on to the actual war that is unfolding before our eyes, The sith vs the empire. I'm sure if they actually make the makeb story epic and the quests amazing like they said they are, you won't even miss the class stories.
