  1. meine zwei gründe für den pirscher-bonus wären: | im aktuellen meta-game geht es nur um burst. | die 3. ladung ist im self heal auch sehr gut investiert. denke das bringt im pvp mehr als n paar nutzlose hot-ticks.

  3. the knockdown-nerf will kill concealment in pvp, no matter how good the buff to shield-probe might be. (we all know shield-probe absorbs like 2k, so after the patch it will absorb 2,3k? dont make me laugh) the moment conc-op opens on me, i will just stun him and make him pay. lol if hidden strike would grant immunity to controll-effects for 2-3 seconds, conc-op would at least have a chance to get its burst off while, i pull up a dcd and kill him anyway /faceroll -conc-op wont be able to open on a sniper in order to give a friendly player a window to leap. (more important in arena or group play. but we know there is already lots of qq on this... omgnerfpremades!!!) -knockdown was also an interrupt. usable on skills like prototype-flamethrower, force-choke or dfa. so this is also a big nerf to group utility, conc-op has so much group-utility already. playing concealment i dont need to use backstab in my opponents face. seriously, i liked the challenge to dance around my target in order to get this move off. i stopped playing my sin 2.0 because of this really unimportant qol-change. i mean, where is the challenge? next year i might just smash my face on the keyboard to kill someone if you go further in this direction. skill-cap is good as it is now. what will be with the purge via roll? 100% every 10 seconds? if two rolls fail to purge (rng is bad), i have to wait 10secs to try again and just eat the dmg... concealment needs far more survivability than 0,3k more absorb on shield probe. i suggest to give it the old cover back. getting perma leaped and rooted is no good game experience at all. insta heal (6-9k) off gcd or flat dmg-mitigation would be an option too ps knocking one down on huttenball firepits was probably the most satisfying thing an op could do as an underperforming, team gimping spec. this makes me really sad.

    while i would accept a 5k penalty for bad positioning. i eat 9k+ on my sorc in minmaxed cong left side+weps full oboran if i only dare to take the "edge" of a smash.

  6. atm it is possible to kill a GUARDED operative through TAUNT while getting HEALED. in the duration of a 4 sec hardstun. this is just not fair. even sorcs get dr when stunned. as far as the dps-buff goes -but slippery is something else.

I say you are not experienced enough with swtorpvp to write here. if players who do arena on a regular basis state that lethality/concealment has not enough defensives to be viable for a ranked arena team, then this is a fact. are you on coccaine? ever heared of balance? everyone would play operative then, why would you denie sages snipers, marauders... the right to pvp? oh, i get it. u are in mid-tier-pvp atm, feeling like a god, the best of the best. newsflash: the real pvp starts at 55 in ranked environment. when u will get there, i say we will see a few "buff my operative", "we are so useless threads." rofl, ever played against a competent team? are u familiar with operative energy regen system? ever heard of slows?...roots not to mention /facepalm in a ranked arena game u can enter stealth how often? pls dear BW dont listen to theese kind of ppl.
  8. grenade the predators 1-3 sec before barrier ends. watch cd's like kb, sprint and stun before pulling barrier up, one might be ready slightly before it ends. kite them towards your teammates, then barrier. (good chances getting healed to full, while predators stare at you). always kite towards your teammates keep bubble active to avoid first smash/maul/ravage. in arena many sorcs bubble at start... but when the fight starts it weared off. keep an eye on debuff and the best time to bubble up. root, slow, kb, sprint, stun annoy melees like hell. and a ww on a dotted target is still a 2 sec stun worth to get some range between you and attacker or for the next wrath-procc. most ppl go for easy kills, if u manage to survive through smart play long enough, they will let you freecast eventually. group up with gs or vang and/or heal. you will shred every single player trying to kill u. group with heal to have unlimited force. getting pinned down by assasin, just pull friendly player who is not engaged in a 1on1, he will understand and help you. then make assasin pay and heal to full. root and stun should never overlap for maximum control. stun followed kb is bad. kb followed by stun is only helpful at firepits in huttenball. (stretch defcd's not dish them out and being helpless) hf
  9. imho dps-scouperative need: -cover-nerf reverted -shield-probe need to absorb far more than a medium amount of damage -strong selfheal (7-9kish crit) on a minute or 45secs cd and definely not rng-dependent -immunity to ae-dmg when blackout is up (if not, then take dmg but dont break stealth) -hs/fr autokrit -hs/fr passive (i know, some would argue this would dump scouperatives down but regarding the energy problems in pvp, i think this is legit) -some kind of hold the line to at least have a chance to escape focus-fire.
  10. see, im not even exaggerating (and who am i to judge over my pug-mates). there was this one match, where a lethoperative in opposit team did 180k but we beat them over 3 rounds. there is another thing that bothers me: while it takes 45k to 65k dmg to kill me. i got 31,5k live in warzone (inst heal, bubble, medikit, parasitism, a lucky heal). it takes 35-40k to get an dps-operative down. i will sc the damage taken by dps operative in future support this. and i guess 70% of matches played with/vs scouperative, he/she gets revealed by stealth scan, ae before even has a chance to engage.
  11. from 2.5 i shelfed my scouperatives and lvlt a madness sorc. Uncleansable>cover nerf while i really enjoy refreshing my dots once i see a scouperative glowing green, i dont enjoy being grouped with them. atm my sorcytoon is valor rank 75 and i only lvld in pvp. all my matches (570 wins/12,9k kills): -i havn't won a single arena when a dps-operative was in my grp. -i have not seen an dps-oparative braking 40k dmg a round. i know i could do more, keeping them alive (friendly pull, bubble, kb) but it happens quite frequently that they get blown, while i pull or try to peel for them by kb, root and ww. seriously someting needs to happen soon.

(zu dem ui komm ich gleich) ...reicht für mich schon aus dir einen besuch beim psychater nahezulegen. ich sage dir, dass die swtor-com auf jemanden wie dich gut verzichten kann. die DAU des jahres ist entweder dieses hier: dieses dauergesmile ist ein derart kriechericher versuch sympathien zu erhaschen, dass ich kotzen könnte. oder aber dein ui. ordnung (aufgeräumtes ui) oder deren nichtvorhanden sein, verrät mehr über deine person, als dir bewusst zu sein scheint. achtung: nochwas: baby-tier sagt nichts. weil neue spieler, jeden lvl neue skills und das macht sehr viel aus. fakt ist: sogar jemand wie du, kann mit lvl 27 bei den babys den hai im kinderplanschbecken machen. mein Dau des jahres cheater-2 guten rutsch

(DR/ krit/ force camou/ unstoppable/ HtL/ instant heals) -give Heal debuff -change all alacrity perks in Krit/Power/Surge -Toxin Scan off global and 0 energy -aggro drop= break force-roots in both specs -reliable instant heal (6-9kish) -by far more energy reg while stealthed -Surprise Surgery is crap! no healer specs into this. (make it viable by doubling/trippling the amount healed when shield probe wears off) then, you may consider moving it into dps trees. whatever you do, eric/combat team, im done with my scouperatives. the 2.5 patchnotes are just insulting and discouraging. from the activity in this thread i see, that im not the only ex-scouperative addict who feels like this. this class is dps-wise just dead. best players gone, no incentive for new players to waste time with. maybe i will be back for the "rise of the scouperatives" addon next year. gl.

  15. your statements are just insulting... dont have words for this because of limited english... i will try though: #1 if "YOU" don't see any scoups using it dosnt mean cover makes no sense. in fact this is a nerv for good players. you and yourlikes are not representative when speaking on the performance a scoundrel shows. #2 you dont need to run through the wz like a headless chicken to do decent dps/objective play... in fact a good scoup is more like a crocodile ( sometimes i just watch 2-3 of my teammates dying before i launch a strike. and this strike will have more impact on the warzone, than the 3 dudes will ever make by running in and getting farmed) #3 the use of cover is tied to very good situational awareness and knowledge of the other classes/AC's. since we have big trouble in restealting you just cant run 90m away gimping around big time in wz hoping for a soon restealth. you can be very effective in cover and ranged. example: i see a knight (may have his 3 stacks) going for me. i can apply dot, can snipe, then root (yes a scrapper/conc can do this) get sab charge off, (enemy now in melee-range). stun and do my job (this way i will win the dmg-race 95%) if not dot then flashbang, sab charge, flyby/orbital, root if E-netted, crouch is very important, since you glowing yellow and any1 with half a brain smells a free-kill. scouperatives are most times first priority targets due to the well known weakness in defensive abilities. just imagine, when 2.5 goes live, you get double leaped. imho, the buff to warri/knights AND the cover nerf is in no way a good desicion. we will just get farmed. random arena pop, the others will leave, regular wz we might go heal and guard the node. thats it. and my 2cents to scold: -you will never see him, going leth/conc queing solo -he is in an "exclusive" club, he might know how to play in a team+voice -he has "his" tank + pocket heal. he not need to worry about getting leaped or pulled -therefore he might not realize the big impact cover-nerf has to many other players.
  16. you can't play a DF or Scrapper efficient now. there is no difference between the specs regarding the cover nerf. but since most you wrote recently shows a big L2P-Problem on this class, it dosn't matter. dps-scouperatives are dead now.
  17. from my pov, the right usage of cover has ever been a major factor in squeezing out the maximum of my class. it was so fun, facing a knight/warrior not aware of the situation, since caught in the open, i was an expected free-kill. they could have planned/fixed like everything... but not this. RIP beloved dps-scouperative.

  20. dear forum users, dont listen to this midochlorian guy! he is crying for operative nervs for over a year now, when a good operative managed to successully 1on1 him on his lolsin and steal his node. from this day, he hasn't missed out one single opportunity to cry for operative nervs. he is just a little traumatized. if it wasn't for scamper, he would find other reasons.
  21. da kürzlich so ein verrückter franzose(marauder) es geschafft hat athis55 mit seinem healcompagnion zu soloen, erübrigt sich das doch... für einen full 69+ spieler gibt es doch eh keinen vernünftigen grund in den fp's und low-op's rumzugammeln. je nach gruppen/raidgröße ist immer platz für ein paar spieler die undergeared sind. was spricht denn dagegen diese mit durchzuziehen? schlechtes eq kann ja verschiedene gründe haben -und hier auf der "faulheit" einiger spieler rumzutrampeln ist, denke ich, mehr als unfair. wenig zeit, neu im spiel, pech beim würfeln... nach nem perfekten run mit gutequippten leuten bist du in +/- 45 minuten überall durch... und dann? das war die id für die woche, keine spannung, kein anspruch... nichts. ich wurde/werde regelmäßig eingeladen ein schwaches raid aufzubessern. da dort nichts mehr droppt, was mir in irgendeiner weise etwas bringen würde, ist meine belohnung die freude der "schwächeren" mitspieler ihnen einen erfolgreichen raidabend ermöglicht zu haben. ich kann nur an die "equipment-nazis" unter euch appelieren, in diesem spiel (ein mmo!) die soziale komponente nicht zu kurz kommen zu lassen. mfg
  22. need to be a 51-55 passive stay-50-newbee-roflstomper should in no way have access to it! _______________________________ aside from this, my favorites are -faster energie-reg while acid blade ticks or armor-penetren is up -30%++ ae-dmg mitigation (it is absolute unthinkable denying us this next pvp-patch!) -need to get out of combat waaaay faster. (1.30min cd on the oh-****-button is fine, imo) -avoid, mitigate dmg while stealthed. since pvp is not a "raid situation" with fixed rotaion... you just have to compare the dmg we can dish out until our energie is wasted. ...in relation to other classes it's just ridiculous... on my merc/sorc i can keep bursting like 4-5 times longer than on my op (for even higher numbers/gcd )
  23. this is a very good read, have bookmarked it, thnx a lot sharing this. can't belive i was that wrong, but i thought it works like this: -shiv=TA=cull possible -stim boost=TA=cull possible -cull=fatality proc(if lucky) =TA=cull possible ...me feel like a noob now xD your "all stars aligned" is it! cudos! apart from the dummy, sadly it is inevitable to delay shiv sometimes (movement-bosses, kb's...). that was my initial thought in building the 2 TA's, place weakening debuff and then cull like there is no tomorrow. the OP started this in order to improve his dps. i think if we want to put this thread on a new level, we have to look at every(most) bosses(and its phases) to find the best rotation possible... but this would make my head explode atm xD
