The Dread Masters served Vitiate alone and respected no power but his, and without him, they ran amok across the galaxy, killing hundreds and inciting conflict everywhere. They would have been formidable opponents to the invaders, but in the end, it was impossible to keep them around for that long. If I recall this correctly, the technology of the Foundry was incorporated into Malgus's space station. Which he blew up.

That draws it out way too much imo (the Dread Masters were around for a long time) and doesn't fit their story. They tell you on Oricon how much they struggle with their powers and their sanity with only 5 of them left and Styrack dead. Wouldn't make sense for the story to go on for further months (game time) with 4 Masters left when they're already on edge with 5. Plus, you know, in the end, they wanted to die anyway.

Yes, he tells you his name when you free him. The seperation seems to have taken place at the end of the fight. Also, I think when you play Forged Alliances and reach Manaan, when they mention the Order of Revan your character is told what happened to him Republic side. At least I think that happens, it's been a while.

Also the "godhood" Vitiate strives to achieve is much more about actually being a godlike entity rather than being revered as one. In any case, I figure Vitiate will still be around after KotFE.

Well in that case. For one, that's not personal story so no point in bringing up Silencers, and two, there still wouldn't be many ships with Silencers at that point yet so they'd have to be used as efficiently as possible. And a device designed to destroy an entire fleets is really not used to its full potential defending against Hutt raiders. Let alone the time it would take to move the ships around across the galaxy.

Can all be reasonably explained. Malgus betrayed the Empire unexpectedly and basically mid-battle. I'd argue that the Empire and Republic had to react to this hastily so as to not lose all forces on Ilum (and allow the creation of a fully cloaked fleet) and there was no time to actually bring Moff Pyron's fleet from whatever war zone it may have been in at the time to Ilum in the unknown regions (probably halfway across the galaxy). As for the Hutt fleet, I assume you mean the Makeb incident? That was a covert operation that was meant to be kept secret from the Republic. Pretty sure they would have noticed an Imperial invasion force destroying a Hutt fleet.

He's an extremely powerful Force user with extensive knowledge of Sith rituals that presumably no-one else in the galaxy has any knowledge of or access to. Where'd you get the "locked away" part though? SoR? He wasn't locked away, he was recovering from the events of the Jedi Knight class story.

HK only appears in The Foundry, not Maelstrom, and I think he doesn't have any reaction because he's technically a level 50 companion and Foundry is technically a level 30-something FP. And in SOR HK only appears in the Operation (not solo version) where you can't bring a companion and have no dialogue.
