Did a Tactical yesterday, hoping to get Czerka Meltdown (for extra Conquest value), and actually got it. So I go in on my 65 Jugg tank and my "group" is a bunch of lowbies. Fine, doesn't matter, is what I think to myself. Fast forward to the first boss (desert boss). On guy disconnects. Another one just leaves without saying a word. Requeue, in guy joins, leaves immediately. Other guy leaves. Requeue. Disconnected guy comes back. Leaves without saying a word. Can't requeue. That was bizarre. So I solo the first 2 bosses and a guildy joins in for the Vigilant because free Conquest points. It was their loss, really. There was lots of XP to be had without doing much. I swear I've never seen a group go from 4 to 1 so quickly.*shrug*

I had this issue, and it stopped occuring after I lowered my graphics settings (to garbage levels).

Well, they're just trying to firmly establish their point that Vitiorion or Valkiate or whatever is the strongest Sith before Sidious ever and that his children are naturally super special awesome. Not considering that you don't have to go this over the top to establish that, and not realising that established OP characters Luke/Sidious/Yoda never went quite this flashy (in something visually represented and thus better for the masses).

To be fair, he was unarmed and giving literally negative amounts of f*cks about Arcann's attack.

Pretty much nothing, they are distinct fights with the solo version taking place after ToS is done.

They're always available when the story doesn't lock you into using a certain companion for a specific event.

Also, if the Trooper/Smuggler/Agent/BH were Force sensitive, they would have been alerted to it at some point. Especially the Imperial characters because the Empire has strict laws regarding Force sensitives.

It'll be interesting to see if Valkorion gets new feats in different aspects of the Force, right now he seems pretty content inhabiting the Outlander's head and going for a walk every now and then. Really, people should make it easier on fans to do power scaling

Exactly. Vaylin right now is a pretty poorly written character. She's actually just crazy Dark Jaesa as an antagonist. But there's lots of potential to make a good character out of her. Not getting my hopes up. But it could happen.

Well, Vaylin has more raw potential but Arcann is much better developed and more experienced as a combatant. Partially because Valkorion held Vaylin back on purpose. That's what they tell us about them, at any rate. Arcann is still pretty strong though. He was able to deflect Valkorion's (not fully powered, I admit) lightning to the point where he could survive pretty well with just a few burns (even in the throne room, if you choose not to kneel he gets blasted by Valkorion only to get up moments later). If we assume Valkorion's power is equal to or greater than Vitiate's in the Revan novel, that's actually more than what Revan managed.

It's annoying, really, they could have just bumped Weapon gifts up one stage for HK. He's such a great companion but his influence is such a grind.

Yes. Let's say you go to Hoth. A Jedi Knight has a different planetary story than a Sith Warrior. But all other Republic classes have roughly the same planetary story as the Knight and all Imperial classes have roughly the same planetary story as the Warrior.
