  1. As I probably said a month ago (or not); what does D3 have to do with TOR? I don't think TOR will lose any subs over D3, you can just as easily play both, right? They're completely different games... I'll play both, no problem. Besides battle.net is free, so it'll only cost me the purchase of the game, nothing more.
  2. Seriously, none of them are hard to get, you just have to know "how" to jump. I got them all on several characters and I usually don't need more than one try to get them. The trick is to push "jump" and "forward" in a fluid motion; one right after the other. Sometimes it helps to turn off sprint, but it's not really necessary.
  3. I don't have a knockback (Marauder) and I play on a PvP server; went to the empire side spawnpoint Saturday morning at 8, someone was camping... Took my speeder, went to the republic side spawn point, no-one; missed the jump, (silly me) had to fly all the way back (about 10 minutes), still no-one, jumped down, got the egg.. no problem at all.
  4. Seriously guys, anyone ever tried to get (or got) a Time Lost Proto Drake in WoW? Then you know why it's called Time Lost.. a four hour timer is laughable; not even worth mentioning as time sink. Get over it; there are two spots where the egg spawns, go there early in the morning. or late at night; no problem.. Besides, if someone steals the egg from you at the moment it spawns, then you know the respawn timer, right? What's stopping you from setting you alarm clock four hours later yourself?
  5. And this is a problem? Buy low, sell high; right? In other words, let them drop some more then buy; they'll go up eventually.
  6. If you have that many alts levelled you should have lots of legacy features unlocked; the only thing you'd be missing out on are some convenience features, which indeed require some cash. Guess it's a matter of priorities then?!
  7. Lazy because it's easy to get a lot of cash if you wanted to, besides if you're casual and you have a character in your 20's you don't need to worry about any legacy features. So I kinda miss your point... It has nothing to do with being elitist or not having a life. The question of this topic was "Why are people complaining about prices"; I answered..
  8. If you don't know why you're paying.. then don't! I wouldn't pay for something for which I'd need to wonder why I was paying for it.. That said, I'm a paying customer and I'm patient, mistakes happen; so I can't play for 8 hours, 16 hours, 24 hours.. who cares? I don't..
  9. Short answer; people are lazy and want everything handed to them, that's todays generation for you.
  10. What a bunch of whiny idiots on these forums; was starting to wonder why I hadn't posted much since launch, but now I remember.. In short; mistakes happen, give these guys a break. A lot of you probably never played vanilla WoW or you wouldn't be crying over an 8 hour patch and an 8 hour follow-up patch. Don't like the game, the service or the QA; only one thing to do, right? As for doom and gloom about this game doing bad, bleeding subs, etc.. I dare you to back that up with actual numbers and graphs.. because basically you're just making stuff up.
  11. I'm having sound issues as well, can't hear most of my lightsaber attacks and combat sounds really weird; never had any issues before.
  12. I agree, bugged or not, hard to get is good! Else you could just put it at the center of the fleet space station for everyone to get.
