  1. I understand the engineering complexity of an endeavor such as SWTOR and I completely realize that after a major patch (1.2) the entire SWTOR Bioware staff is probably exhausted. That said, it is completely unacceptable for this kind of poor quality to exist in a production environment when we are paying $15 a month in subscription fees. I think Bioware's SWTOR engineering teams need to examine their QA processes and make some serious changes to their organization and leadership. Again, this is completely unacceptable. I have never posted a complaint in these forums and have been a subscriber since release. However, with so many other MMO options in beta or being released soon, I am unsubscribing from SWTOR. I really wanted this game to work out for me but I feel that the current Bioware management and engineering leadership is not qualified to execute an operationally sound and content thriving game. It seems to me that their product priorities on which items to address, fix, develop and manage are way out of line with community expectations. Additionally, even though I see a lot of customer service response chatter, it seems that there is still little information being disseminated on key issues that the community has surfaced. I did think this was changing with the Guild Summit, but apparently that was all for not. Perhaps this is simply the challenge of trying to be everything to everyone. I hope that SWTOR does recover and make good progress towards enhancing quality, but I'm afraid I've reached the point where canceling my subscription and moving on to another MMO is the best direction for me personally. I doubt that this thread will get any response from Bioware or even the community, but to some degree I find it cathartic to post this "Dear John" letter.
