I read posts that said that armstech was not very useful. They allow you to take two mission skills and a gathering skill as far as I know. That may be a good set up for you - run around and gather resources and sell them. I am considering doing just that...

Well, my buddy at work told me today that he is not going to renew. His reasoning was "I don't enjoy it as much as I enjoy [that other game that shall not be named]". I am renewing because I love this game. I think I am doing to defriend him on Facebook.

True, sometimes the choice was made for you. There were examples when even the SS soldiers made "light side" choices. It does not exonerate the SS as a whole but such examples do exist.

It seems to me that post-nerf there are quite a few more lockboxes on Coruscant where I am currently playing my alt Jedi Sage. "A few more" as in one in every room/square/etc or so. Anyone else notice that?

I'm in a similar boat. I got Synthweaving and I like making my own armor, and its always better than the stuff that drops. I am trying to decide between keeping slicing and droping slicing and pick up Underworld Metals. Before it was nerfed it was a no brainer. Now I am wondering if I shouldn't just re-learn sooner rather than later so I don't waste time. I read a lot about "low level heroic farming" lately. I guess that's when you go and solo the low level heoric quests and flashpoints? I'll go and try that too.

I've had a few things given to me upon turning in quests. I recall getting "core" and "motor" items. They do increase his armor rating. Other than that, he sucks...

Here is my to-do list for Bioware. None of them are big deal for me but they would make playing even more enjoyable. * Ability to transfer character to different server. Waiting in a queue for 30 minutes is ridiculous when there are servers that say 'LIGHT'. Get this done and offer it for free, say, for the first 60 days. * Macros. This shouldn't be too hard, right?? * (and I know I am going to catch a lot of flak on this) first 30 days should be activated WITHOUT the credit card or a prepaid game card. To those who say that credit card is for identity purposes, I say horse shlt because a prepaid card works too, and it's completely anonymous. This is not for me, this is so we can get more people to play which will benefit all of us in the end. * I want to be able to answer the light side / dark side questions the way I naturally lean, and not be penalized for this. Right now, if I did this, I would not get to light I or dark I and therefore miss out on some armor and weapons. * Damage log/analysis/whatever y'all call it. If it's there I would sure love to use it. But if not, I understand, some people just want to play the game and not get too cerebral about it, that's cool too. I am sure I will think of more later, these are the first things that come to mind

Most of the evening today I seem to have problems logging in. First, the server list wouldn't come up. Then it came up and listed the # of characters on each server as "-1". Now I can't log in at all. "Server not responding". Anyone else having these issues.
