What, really? I played SWG for about as long as you and was most sad because I would lose the community and my SWG friends. I've actually *generally* found the SWTOR to be more rude and entitled. Sure there were forum trolls, but most people, especially outside the PvP community, were decent and helpful. And I consider myself to be a pretty nice person too. Maybe you just had an especially bad experience or I just had an especially good one? Sorry to derail. Blah blah blah EA! Grrr! (but really, I think it'll be ok. Nothing is written in stone. Can they make a series of amazing games? Definitely! Will they? Maybe, maybe not. It's not like any actual person has stepped out and said "Expect a new Battlefront every year" or anything, yet.

Since Makeb is just a map of floating playable islands, would it really be worth it for the developers to add all the scenery and detail to places we can't even reach? Surely they have better things to do than putting bushes and a couple crashed ships at the foot of a Makeb mesa that is extremely out of reach. Trust me, I'm a big fan of the scenery in this game, and I enjoy exploring the planets, but this is not an issue. If it's that upsetting to you, just close your eyes while the screen is black and imagine what it'd look like, a couple nice outcroppings and plateaus, maybe a sinkhole/destroyed city, a little forest or something...

The only lore item that should remain uncolorable is the Mask of Nihilus. Because I mean, c'mon, that's totally only his mask. Even Revan's can be colored to look different, but the famous skull mask would look ridiculous in blue or purple.

Trandoshans are lizard-men, Mon Calamari are squid-men, Wookiees are bear-men, Rodians are fly-men, Chandra-fan are bat/mice-people, Bothans are dog-men, Chevin are elephant-men (note the character even named Ephant Mon), Hutts are slugs, and so on (there was even a giant praying mantis in the Eisley cantina). Almost every species is Star Wars has a direct link to an Earthly creature. Adding Cathar, a race that is one of the more well-established ones in Star Wars lore, should really not be causing this kind of controversy. People have been asking for more races since before launch, and now that we're getting them, the LEAST you can do is not yell at the developers for adding content you find "silly" or "gross". But I will add that I do not like the new appearances. And I agree that if it were a perfect world, the Cathar would have cat-like lisps, like Juhani.

I hope no one takes this as a critical post about the game, but I've always wondered why only humans get to become "cyborgs". I think that other species in the game should be able to have access to the little face bits that get tacked on if you become a cyborg. For example, a Cathar bounty hunter with a cybernetic eyepatch or a Chiss agent with a Lobot-eque head computer Would you like to see a cybernetic slider feature applied to all species?

Pretty cool stuff in there.

Some of the NPCs in this game already have "facial hair" that is more of a complexion kind of thing (meaning that it isn't 3D). For example, Torian's sideburns. I think we should have access to those at least.

The isotope-5 will be reconstituted in a new superweapon that will probably destroy a planet "at the heart of the Republic" and thus bring the Empire back into the lead. I think Pre-RotHC was basically A New Hope and the events in RotHC are going to bring about The Empire Strikes Back.

Not sure if any of you watch Mad Men, but I see Body Type 4 on women as Joan Harris (Christina Hendricks). BT4 is just VERY curvy, but not fat at all. I honestly prefer 4 to the rest of them.

So since I didn't pre-order for Early Access, I'm at the cap for the current level right now (for example, 9999999/100000000), which I understand won't let me hit level 51 until Sunday, but I'm still getting XP for killing things. Is it banking XP for beyond 51?

Hayden did a fine job, considering he was supposed to portray a moody, irrational child. That's the way the part was written for him and he delivered. But anyway, The Rock could only work as a Mandalorian I'm afraid. Hell I could even see a lineage from the Fetts happening, he looks like he could be Temuera Morrison's cousin. My only requirement is that he not smile. His smile is a little to cheesy for Star Wars... But honestly, I would be TOTALLY fine with him not being the movie at all. I would want the best person for the character.

I predict it will be Vader vs. Boba on the Dark Side and then R2 vs. Yoda on the Light Side. Final round will be Yoda vs. Vader with Vader winning (even though I want Boba to win...).

I kind of expect him to stay dead, considering The Force (basically the final word in the Star Wars universe) prophesied his death at the hand of the also-dead Vader. I expect him to live on through texts or holocrons, but I think his physical existence is basically over.

The Darth Plagueis book is a great read and sets up the entire prequel trilogy extremely well.

The only way I'd like Season 6 is if they basically remake the old Clone Wars show, by redoing the Battle of Coruscant, thus giving direct continuity to Episode III. Unless the old show is still considered canon...?

I think it looks pretty cool and spec-ops like.

I only hope that Han, Luke, and Leia aren't major characters. They can be mentor figures, but Disney should introduce a new heroine and hero to go on more adventures.
