  1. IG-88 became a fully-sentient assassin capable of killing its creators within seconds of activation, something he was obviously not programmed for. Some droids can achieve full sentience, so they could get rights I suppose.
  2. I'm sure they'll gradually balance it out over a few years, but I imagine that rerecording certain dialogue options and writing new lines throughout the entire story will take a LONG time.
  3. Just one thing from a deleted thread I started (I was referred here by a moderator): I don't understand how, by adding SGRA to a new planet, Bioware is segregating gay characters to only one planet. Did people expect them to rewrite the whole story with SGR [Flirt] options? As far as I can tell, they're doing it on Makeb only right now because they've been writing it into the new content. It's not a ploy against the homosexual community to ship them off to a random Hutt world, as the media is sensationalizing it to be. And it's not a "planet of only gay characters"... Guys, c'mon...

  5. Light side is the "smarter" option in terms of resources and allies and such, but there are some people who need killing. In my eyes, DS = mindless bloodbath and reinforcing the stereotype that all Sith are terrible beings, LS = often going against orders to spare someone and secure resources for your future. Plus, it's fun seeing Jedi act all confused when you try to calm them down (they still attack you out of panic, proving the worthlessness of the Jedi Code...)
  6. Would I be the only one interested in a series of quests on Mustafar that kind of elaborate and hint back to the Trials of Obi-Wan expansion from SWG? (Disclaimer: I'm NOT asking for features/mechanics from SWG to be added, just lore) If you didn't play SWG, the planet Mustafar was focused a lot on quests relating to the Old Republic era (though they took place in the GCW), including a resurrected HK-47, various facilities built around this time (or before), the story of Chu-Gon Dar, the Lair Crystal, Lord Vartonis, and other things. For example, after we're sure HK won't be used in other flashpoints and stuff, perhaps it could be shown how he/it ended up in the crashed Hammerhead cruiser near the central volcano. We can learn more about Chu-Gon Dar and the cube, find out about that vault that held the reactor schematic (apparently a giant weapon if I recall correctly), kill giant Mustafar monsters, and the Republic/Empire could secure valuable resources. I'm not sure if it's legally possible to work with SOE on this, but LA owns the characters so I'm sure something like this is possible. It'd be a really cool throwback for a lot of fans.
  7. Darth Marr just cause his voice.
  8. A fanfic explaining his theory of what happened to Revan and what he predicts will happen to him.
  9. I managed to kill him at level 30 as an Immortal Jugg while using Quinn no problem. Just ask someone for help, there are usually a few friendly people online.
  10. I've done this quest twice, one time as a DPS merc and the other time as a tank spec PT. It posed no problem to me at all. You just need to make use of your interupts and have Mako out so she can use that CC move on one of them.
  11. I have a hunch that the SI is a Zabrak female. I just see that same Zabrak woman be the poster child of the class, and it fits lore wise too. Kallig didn't have lekku, so he wasn't Twi'lek and BioWare was first going to not make Sith a playable race for SI, but gave in to pressure, so he/she probably isn't a pureblood. And Zabrak have been around for a long time and have had many known connections to the Force. So basically I think the SI can be either human or Zabrak. But once again, I think the best choice would be the black-haired Zabrak sorcerer BW has used in so many of its trailers.
  12. I sincerely hope there is an Operation on Malachor V like you described in the fanfic. That would be awesome, the galaxy's strongest individuals teaming up to kill the Emperor. And it would give Revan a death worthy of his accomplishments.
  13. That's very interesting, because I've noticed that the LS/DS choices tend to switch spots on the wheel. This could have some merit.
  14. I've found that names including a Q, J, D, and O are very Jedi sounding. Off the top of my head: Joslin Quor, Doro Jis, Jolo Dane, or Quen-Do Mil?
  15. Maybe I'm alone in this, but it bothers me knowing that my characters aren't the real, canon ones. I get around this by just playing the story like a movie and making a backstory that is separate from the playable quests. So will BioWare ever release the official stories, for the sake of Star Wars lore?
  16. Darth Durus, Immortal Juggernaut.
  17. I just talked to him for the first leg of the class quest, but someone please tell me that IAs get the line "Apology accepted Lieutenant Needa."
  18. Operative is the most fun class in this game.
  19. Mustafar, Dantooine, Naboo, Kashyyyk, Geonosis.
