  1. What a shame lol. He must be the guy I've been killing 50 times in Voidstar.
  2. You do realize that once force armor/static barrier goes down the Sage/Sorc is probably the easiest class to kill. Pro tip: Don't use insanely large attacks while the shield is still up, use small attacks to break it, then kill the player. The shield only absorbs about 2k-4k damage. The lockout period is 20 seconds, the shield lasts 30 seconds until broken. I can only put one up every 20 seconds. If you can't kill me in 20 seconds...well urdoingitwrong.
  3. To the OP: What you fail to see is that the Sorc/Sage hybrid build requires immobility. I'm not sure how you think it's mobile at all. The ENTIRE hybrid build is set up around using telekinetic throw/force lightning constantly in order to get the proc that allows for an instant cast chain lightning/telekinetic wave. In between the uses of FL/TT, use death field/force in balance. You can't move and cast something that is channeled last time I checked. Interrupts are your friend, use them on the force lightning and telekinetic throw. As far as the amount of CC's, yeah there's a lot, but they are ALL fragile. In other words, if you do ANY amount of damage whatsoever to the target while he/she is CC'd, it will break and free them, except for the 2 second stun after force lift/whirlwind which isn't really that big of a deal considering the amount of CC's that people aimlessly place on someone.
  4. You do realize that the madness tree is about DoTs, right? The only burst you'll find is Death Field/Force in Balance. This tree is heavily DoT based where as the Lightning tree is proc based and the healing/tank tree is about survivability. If you want burst, hybrid spec in Lightning and Madness to get an instant cast Arc Lightning (assuming you're a sorc ). However, I do agree with you that the DoT duration needs to be shorter to even make it worth while for me to spec into it. It's getting somewhat obnoxious that DoTs last so long and do so little damage, at least bump it up by 1-2k.
  5. I'm not whining, I never said it was overpowered, I'm not asking for it to be removed, I'm simply asking the opinions of others. Sorry for doing so, go back under your bridge.
  6. Why do you people have to be so *********** mean? I'm just trying to have a discussion which is apparently impossible.
  7. Lasts 3 seconds, as I've stated. All they have to do is throw another one on you and you're back at square one. Resilience is on a 1 minute CD, I can't spam it as a cleanse. If It were on a 5 second CD then sure, I'd spam that **** like crazy.
  8. 2 level 50's so that's a false assessment. Resilience is 3 seconds. Tracers are still annoying sure, I'm simply attempting to start a discussion on lethality snipers. How could I have been so stupid as to assume people on forums like to discuss other than berate?
  9. Yep, let me use my cleanse on my shadow, that makes sense. Sage cleanses only clear negative mental or force, poison is tech. And snipers are probably the best pvp class, you clearly haven't played one.
  10. Lolwut? So wait, you're telling me that all I need to do is throw corrosive grenade, fire a weakening blast, then just cull and laugh? Give me a week and let me get my sniper up to 50! Seriously though, am I the only one who thinks this is kind of ridiculous? The DoTs alone do 500 damage per tick and last 21 seconds if uncleansed! That's more than half your health.
  11. Yep, Soa on EV lasts much longer than 5 minutes. If I want to use it more than once in a combat sessions, let's say 15 minutes, I can't.
  12. Just noticed this recently, it appears that Revival cannot be used more than once per in combat situation. This makes it a bit awkward when you have someone die in an Operation, like EV, and res them, should you have another death along the line it's impossible to revive them in combat. Anyone else notice this? Bug or intended?
  13. That's what happens when you don't target anyone other than your teammates. I at least get the 75k damage medal almost every match. If a team seriously requires 1M healing...that's no team I'd like to be on.
  14. I use a vibrosword because it looks cooler. Kind of WoWish carrying around a big sword but eh, looks sweet imo.
  15. http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#600ZfcbMzMrZcrcosrko.1 Say what you will, but Kinetic Collapse has saved me many times from sneaky Operatives.
  16. You can do the same thing with deliverance. Spam the deliverance key after getting conveyance and you get 2 heals at 1.5 seconds (1.2 for me). Pretty sure it's a bug but who cares?
  17. That Item is given by completing one of the dailies in Belsavis. The mission rewards are orange weapons for your companions, and a blue techblade for Qyzen.
  18. Turn off Qyzen's dumb AoE thing as it does nothing special anyway. I levels as a healer so all I was doing was sending him in and healing him.
  19. I thought the problem was a second heal. Whenever I put my salvation down, it dropped another one on top of me, so I had 2 going at once. The initial heal is now what's missing. It says it in the tooltip that it heals targets, then those that remain get another heal over 10 seconds.
  20. Only medal you'll get is for 75k and 500k healing. I do it in Alderaan when I'm REALLY bored and the other team gave up. Just sit in mid and use noble sacrifice then heal over it. Why not? It's fun.
  21. Then don't use it. Centurion gear was meant solely as PvP gear, as in gear that has an expertise rating. Why else would you wear PvP gear? My Columi stuff has WAY better stats than any of my PvP gear, minus the expertise.
  22. Reduce the damage, problem solved But I think it's funny that people even spam them in PvE. Come on, get a new skill. I can DPS spec my sage and spam one skill and get top damage by over 100k. It's getting kind of ridiculous that nearly every class has one skill that they can simply spam.
