sounds like you have a problem with a group of players, not the actual game itself. Griefing like that on a PVE server will not be tolerated by BW if you bring it to their attention, those players are exploiting a game mechanic to hassle other players who chose PVE for that very reason, not to be hassled. Report them, BW will do something, a email to all said accounts with ban warning along with eula/tos reminder will probably clear issue really quick I would imagine xD. It's all fun and games till their accounts come into question across all servers lol

Amen, long before 12x and long after if it never comes back, people will QQ over others not "knowing"their class. 12x as a sub feature only available to people who already possess end game toons*(which is what BW and players suggested) is a neat feature that would allow vets more opportunities to enjoy the entire game. If we give it to every new guy then yeah it creates problems for everyone, but most vets quickly adapt to any class, can gear alts quickly using mains and already have knowledge of group content that you people loathe to teach new fish. the game mechanics don't change, just skill animations, names and how they do dmg, it's not rocket science. Most of the hate from 12x is from people with maxed out toons across the board, typical behavior as they don't want others to have it "easy" after they did it the hard way. I can understand their frustrations as someone with 2 servers worth of toons all done old school , but how can they not see that sometimes you have to break a few eggs to make an omelette , 12x is an improvement on the game that will draw many more players and encourage us old players to do things we wouldn't normally do. On my 12x I started toons on a new PVP server, 8 of them and got them endgame , Would have never done that before, not even a blip on my radar. When they do 12x again I will do the 3 advance classes I hate and have never endgamed^^

not guaranteed but I have been temp banned before for it xD not this game(ofc never had to cancel payment yet), so keep your fingers crossed, at least if it happens you know why and how to resolve it:(

best bet is support number, or last resort submit a ticket. Don't fight it through your bank though they will auto ban your account and you will have to wait for them to sort through the mess to even play the game, just my two credits. No one here can really help you , and you can bet what admins were here are already off celebrating the new year =(

plenty of history here to review with older model only sub games that beg to differ, gold sellers work the system and have mastered it along time ago. This topic is as old as MMOs and in every topic thread everyone seems to think it's an easy fix, yet here we are lol

ummm gold sellers sub , how do you think they bank all that gold? the spammers are ftp true, but thats only half the problem. You can friend anybody, they would have to change it to where you had to confirm. Would be another anvil on ftp and preferred only cost you $5 you have to change alot more than you think xD

lol if you where f2p you couldn't complain if you wanted to xD. Only subs can post on forums. Every MMO that's any MMO is going to have gold sellers, as a matter of fact if they weren't here spamming i would be worried xD. Not that I like or care for them, but as long as we PLAYERS buy from them BW will always have a never ending , never winning battle. It's the demand that calls for the supply , no one to blame but other players wanting the fast lane. The only tried and true way to eliminate gold sellers is for BW to sell credits from the CM, and you guys would flip over that in droves , so..........Guess we have to deal with current state of things. Even if BW did every fix/improvement suggested , the next day the gold farmers would just be spamming a different way, they can't remove all their tools without making impossible for us to use chat and mail xD

The forums are here to communicate , and because it's a game 90% of these forums and any forums content is going to be complaints, really outside of "tickets" it's the only way to "feel" you "communicated" with the devs on your issues. lol wut? most companies in fact will not give you time off is something is majorly wrong in your department, a project you are working on lagging behind, and account you supervise faltering the list goes on and on , what world do you live in? no surprise really they have been off for two weeks, first week I get holidays and all, but second is like wow. The game is compromised with an exploit, players are still dealing with a myriad amount of bugs and issues and to top it off an event is being waved in our face that simply doesn't exist and conquest is shot this week, ok parts of it but still the point remains. WOW, I am disappointed for sure, it's sad they don't try and make things up to players anymore , we are just supposed to deal with it and hope next week is better xD

i wasn't bashing EA, I own allot of their games. Just stating facts which you agreed with, that the Original BW and the now EA have different goals, ambitions and things they are willing to do for the game. We can't expect the same quality story telling when most of the devs who designed those parts are no longer part of this BW team

Sadly as with the rest of it's acquisitions EA has different views, goals and ways they do things that almost never coincide with their player base. Why monopolies and mega corps are bad for everyone, stifles creativity , competition and a willingness to make customers happy. Welcome to the new 21st century xD. We will never see the effort put into this game by the original BW again, just saying. Well the first two planets on either faction are beyond "easy mode". You can literally level to 20 easily without ever touching gear once, just equipping what's given to you, which is very little. You don't really need stealth or any relative skill with it till much later. In other words we are making a death star out of a mouse droid

overall it could have been way more, but I really feel they blew the end. One pack and gatekeepers at that, it's sad and not very thought out even for a money grab.

on Po5 it's the same, people seem more intent on doing the content than actually engaging in any pvp, ofc there are a few exceptions always, but for most part It's true what OP says on all 3 servers I regular on. It was like this in the"early access phase" And I assumed it would change once it went live, was surprised to see it didn't. We created an unspoken rule without creating one, whoda thunk? It's just probably all how it seems to us tho, relative to where we are, some poor guy in another timezone could have a whole different experience and I would never know

It's not BW's fault people are greedy, it is their fault that limits should be in place to discourage this non-sense in the first place. Two things will possibly happen as BW will not let thousands of free CC flood their CM , they will either place those limits per account on number of referrals we can have( and really that hurts people who support us like dulfy etc.), or remove CC altogether and come up with a reward much like those clicking the link recieve. Either way a few rotten eggs have spoiled our dozen. Game companies tend to act quickly when it comes to their cash shop, we will see......

can't put them in the GTN, but you can mail them and pretty sure trade ( not entirely as I haven't done it), I have seen others sell them in chat so I am guessing yes you can trade.

make it a point to hit every NPC I see, rarely tag players but it happens^^ Just been doing it from go and people actually trade stuff for them, weird I know.

BW allows us to post it in our sigs, and where was I complaining? Just stated BW will see spamming chat with links as exploiting and address it as so. Posting your link in your sig is the only legit way to advertise your "offer", stack that with the fact only a small fraction of players actually come to these forums and we have no problems, this vs. spamming in-game general chat is two entirely different galaxies ,let alone worlds xD comparing apples to thumbtacks:rod_angel_g: It's technically a pyramid scheme when posting to chat, as you have a chance to reach so many and stack up the monthly CC. The person spamming at top is collecting all benefits and the people below get hardly anything.
