am I the only one here who missed out on this ever being a happy place? if they fix it, or even if they don't we won't hear from them. If they do fix it, it will be mentioned in patch notes first and then Eric may make a post about it. BW has never been good at being transparent or even communicating critical issues, ofc tbh if they did these forums would just implode regardless of their decision so it's always danged if you do and danged if you don't with them, me make them skittish and for a good reason lol, ppl get passionate about this game.

We all know BW can't nerf something the first go round without literally destroying it first, I think that's once again the case here, hence the silence we receive as they best ration out how to fix yet another mistake. People have a rightful reason to be upset, not sure why there is so much hate against them.

the worst part about all this is, the supposed consolation prize, a *GASP* walker mount, which sounds good in writing, turned out to be a pitiful mount with only 90% speed. That is just like wow man....talk about salt in a wound.

honestly you wouldn't have before, prices where dropping fast. It was crashing that part of market so only the first lucky few would have made millions the rest of us would just have had easy access to all grade materials.

truth!! i have never bought a hypercrate hoping for certs lol, this is the truth,free certs are not going to hurt market sales any, may have led to a few threads complaining about trash items and what not, but that's about it.

i have to seriously call into question any "gamer" who's been "around the block", that doesn't give BW major props in the P2W mania that is sweeping all MMOs. They actually do really good considering EA really calls the shots so I give credit where credit is due. As far as your opinion goes I think you confuse p2w item hate and paying money hate, a p2w item is like in STO the new ships they bring out every week that if you don't buy well you don't PVP or even miss content in general, you will never have to worry about BW doing that here, now an item that everyone wants to look cool or improves, speeds up parts of gameplay (time sinks) yea sure. You seem type that feels a player should pay for nothing outside sub, and that having stuff to purchase creates a gap, an unfair gap, between players, that is spending money hate and really two different things. You can't take a term which clearly means something else to everyone and make it your "personal" word and not expect atleast some conjecture, I mean come on lol

true enough, but as is their is no payout worth playing for once you max rep and that happens quick. If it had a chance to win a large amount like a casino slot or a worthwhile not slapped together prize you can get no where else easily none of us would be here, but it's not, it's borked

i was pretty peeved and considered it myself, I take a personal stance irl not to let these type of things to continually happen to me, so it's hard to take something like this here for sure. If not for prior investment and being here so long and all I could see easily how someone could un-sub over this or issues like it, after all when money is involved we tend to think less rationally.

so in that mindset the CZK sandcrawler is p2w? the rancor mount also as well? lots of stuff drives people to spend millions. As for the slots and everyone going on about millions people would have made lolwut, no, just no, as they made those "stockpiles" they made mats pretty much "cost friendly"- free and if it continued well let's just say nobody would be making millions, and tbh why is that a bad thing? lol explain how its p2w please, no part of crafting is going to make you "da bomb" in PVP outside grenades and augs which don't make or break you, no part of crafting outside of hilts,barrels and augs (which again don't make or break you) make you the leet OPer. Crafting is the go between till you get BiS gear helping people attain it only helps people stay around it can be argued, granted it can be argued many ways ...but BW itself is trying to cater more to the casual crowd as we are a bigger market so the argument leans in our favor, BW is trying to make it easier to get that go between gear.

the only thing that needed major adjusting was jawa junk, in the time it takes to get 99 greens on the slots pre nerf you could easily gather 99+ of more than one on the right planet/instance, blues again are pretty much worthless . Lastly and truly IMO cartel cert drop was prob a lil high but again they nerfed it into the ground as well.

this is very true, eric did say so about complaints and possibly more should be expected. But two thing really, I would like to point out. 1.) We where only complaining about Jawa Junk, nobody had issues with blues(worthless) and greens. So why would any player expect them to go further if they were listening to our complaints? 2.)they completely destroyed the machine to a point where there is no point in playing it, they didn't nerf anything they changed it completely as in it is worthless now. If the community knew the level of nerf coming the prices would have dropped drastically but CM sales would have also slowed so we see how that worked out lol, BW may have inadvertently caused thousands of us to be ripped off, but that doesn't change the fact we where ripped off or our feelings on the matter.

@OP The thing is people either spent real money or millions of credits to get it. It's not like they got these machines free or for what normal decorations of equal content sell for anywhere near, so you can't spin the fact lot's of people feel ripped off and that is where all the rage and focus comes from(heck BW was selling slots for 1 credit each for longest that are just as good as these now^^). It's not the end all be all, just the most dumbest thing BW has done to us recently that invokes our rage and thus our full attention. Simple MMO 101 are you new to the scene:rak_03:
