As long as you have a gear grind system, time will always be a factor. Until someone revolutionizes pvp concepts, talent will never be the supreme judge. I fear it will always be the two forever enjoined. Now I gotta go get my 99 WH comms.

5-15 minute matches times six for 99 WH comms ruined it?

I saw more people and new people today than in a long while. That is good for pvp, especially on low pop servers. The more rewards the better for everyone. Why is everyone so afraid of having ultimate equality of gear and allow the mechanics to take over? Also, it's only 99 WH tokens...nothing really. No one plays to lose. Everyone is on a different level. And I am tired of the same players/teams over and over again. I wish Bioware would do more to get people playing, even cosmetic, pets, stims, whatever.

How slow would a Yoda mount be? Just saying...

This isn't unusual at all. There are always people jumping from one mmo to another. Those people don't have loyalty and don't know what they want. This thing is international, it's Star Wars, and it isn't going anywhere. Unfortunately, we are waiting on more progress.

This. Customers are paying for quality and quantity. If a new game comes out it has to at least meet standard. I like some of the pvp but it needs a lot of work.

Bioware said they would do away with dailies/weeklies because they don't want people just coming in for the rewards. They want them to play. That's why today's change was play 6 Games instead of getting 3 wins. So this is the way they discourage it. I don't like it either but at least it might generate some more players, good or bad.

Ok I had full BM gear and had the 4 piece bonus. As I bought WH gear the bonus stayed and the WH counted in the slot. Until I bought the gloves. The WH gloves didn't count and it showed BM gloves greyed out and I lost my 4 piece bonus. Does WH have a gear bonus and does it count among other gear types I am wearing? I am sure I read that it did, although the gear tooltip continues to say BM, not WH. Or maybe the gloves no longer count? Is this a bug?

Just an idea to make a fun interesting game, not adhere to pvp elitism.

I never understood how you can create a Star Wars game and not ride a tauntaun. A big misstep, imo.

Great point. I wonder why they didn't do more random variety? I hate grinding and often won't do it. It's pretty simple to mix it up and I wish they had. Great suggestion!

It would also be great if there were challenge based goals, like "not allowing a force power that is interruptible to be cast for 3 minutes" and you could earn medals or valor. There could be tiered goals to advance through as the player progresss. Cosmetic rewards would be cool too. Examples: Kill an opposing NPC in less than x seconds. Interrupt for x minutes. Close the gap. Get within melee range of the NPC. Kite an NPC. Keep an NPC from reaching a goal.

Where you can face off against an npc of any class and practice interrupts, rotation, and get to know your opponents powers and abilities. This would be solo training.

Actually I prefer someone take the lead otherwise it can be a disorganized mess. You have to remember there are always new people who don't even know what "east" or "south" is. That way at least you can start with group focus. If no one does it I will sometimes just to clear it up. Communication is key, especially with incomings. I think.

It's a bug that I reported as well and it's happened in various situations. I also had it in Hutball where I couldn't leave the center ring passed the sandbags, bu inside there I was fine. I also had one where I could see everyone but couldn't interact but they could kill me. My attack data got lost.
