  1. 300 000-500k ?, since with the direction swtor directive is taking, with nerf's , fixes , content, rng bags , they forget that mmo' gamers are very unforgiving especially with big titles coming out this year. the rest will be playing TSW in april (the secret world) no whining about classes, since you have 100 s of skills everyone can learn. modern setting, dual smg, katana , magic, 1000 s of costumes you can unlock by unlocking/learning certain skill combinations, modern and old mysteries to solve, watch the ending of the video it is awesome. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KZE1xKL4uNg you can still be a tank or a mage type if you learn those skills but are not trapped in certain roles, it all depends on what skills you spent time on learning by using the skills in battle. in swtor we still have to beg for dual spec, no advanced class changes, so you have to do the same content another time ? haha yea fun. if classes were totally different , but they are not, single light saber dual light saber, double light saber, single light saber, ranged version closes combat version, skills look identical, story is identical...what were they thinking ? the option to have it and to be able to decide to not use it is better then not having this option at all. this only caters those who preach that choices should be meaningful whatever that means, for me it means only one type of player is served the others got no choice as to role with it. now on top of not being able to switch as an option (if you are against it simply dont use it) swtor gear choice and customization is too weak to keep people from wanting to play. anyways i am looking forward to unlimited options without restrictions in TSW ,well the only restriction is that you can only use 7 skills at a time... i love star wars but i am wavering due to the direction certain things have been going since beta. not testing nerfs, listening only to hardcore whining or hardcore players to make changes doesnt make it balanced. have fun in star wars, 40+ days left on my account ,since i had to buy a game card, my credit card didnt work when i first tried to use/register the game on release, and had no choice but to buy a game card. dont know if it was another form of entrapment with the credit card registration being faulty, i wonder though. all that time left now but dont feel the drive to login anymore. maybe someone has better news for things to come, but reading the newsletters didnt give me much hope. i do watch the occasional streams to get off the drug called swtor and unfortunately the streams are better than actually playing the real thing atm for me. also i dont mean to disrupt anyone who loves the game should still love it, it just means my love wasnt as great as some , or i was expecting too much at the start of my journey. i hope everyone will still love the game as much as i did when i first began my journey , it is unfortunate for me i lost the will for swtor somewhere along my journey. keep the force or maybe see you in another game somewhere , sometime. sayonara.

  3. conclude much ? i am not defending operatives i am defending a class that isnt as good as people cry out for, for every time you get killed by an operative you easily get killed by another class but you dont notice it as much, as you dont see them plinking at you from a save distance and might even get the delusional thought that more then one was responsible for your death, while in fact it was multiple tracers or zapping from ranged classes also it starts with the bs chain stunning that isnt true, there are more classes who can knockdown for 3 seconds, there are classes with a lot more stunning and can actually chain stun if resolve isnt working for whatever reason. -there are a lot more classes who have huge armor penetration -also i play a healer nerfing my damage doesnt make operative healing any better, some classes can heal and do very good damage, operatives can not. like i said before just roll a sorc or a sage and get it over with they can do everything anyway without the need for stealth and can do it at 30-35 m people need to play a class to actually know what all the negatives are, operative has a lot of negatives and some classes clearly do not have these, just go see how rosey these ops/scouns really are, also results in warzones speak for themselves other classes clearly have no problem with damage done in a warzone match vs these so called OP classes also with a lot of kills behind them that are similar or clearly more then the scoundrels or operatives during those matches at level 50 i dont see any posts about them so clearly it must be the mind print of the death that occurs after being on the floor which is highly annoying i agree i also said a while ago in another post that part of a solution is to take out these dumb knockdowns and replace them with stationary stuns or whatever. the rage of knockdowns is understandable it gives you a really ackward feeling after it happens. anyways, good luck with all the nerf threads , i still think nerfing classes is never a solution just an easy way out, they clearly didnt check the whole picture of all the classes just one single element that was snowballed by all the threads, and 50 percent of those threads had information in them that was 100 percent inaccurate
  4. http://www.swtor.com/community/devtracker.php no more chain stunning, btw debilitate is 45 seconds, and flash bang is 1 minute cooldown. assassin can stun every 6 seconds shock, every minute with electrocute, every 15 seconds for 4 seconds with low slash and can knockdown people too on their face. i wonder where all the myths came from to the chain stunning that operatives supposedly can do.
  5. not only that, some skills that are not on global cooldown dont fire at all or take 4 or 5 clicks, lol tanking will be awesome, escape will be awesome... anyways i think you hit the nail , frustrating indeed.
  6. i now sometimes have to click a skill 5 times to fire that skill during pvp or pve but especially pvp. it was noticeable before, but now it is ridiculous , and i am not even talking about the normal global cooldown skills i am talking about 1-2-3 minute abilities that reduce damage, or increase energy regen etc. flashy loading screen while walking..... more player warping in pvp... anyone else can come up with something that is now more broken then just the ilum pvp ? would be good to bring to the attention of the developers that ilum isnt the only thing that should be on the to fix list. thanks in advance for reading and bringing some other issues that need fixing or are worse now in this thread to the attention of the developers. and no it is not my isp... i only have 30-60 latency when this happens, but ability delay was already a topic for me before, it just got worse with this patch.
  7. i really wonder what the real reason is to ask such a thing. why ? because why not simply ask for an xp on off switch, that way we dont have to cater you or anyone else who wants it slow, you can have a field day by switching it off yourself and not bother those who think that the xp is slower then it should be already, especially for casuals and people who love to play more then just one class. you sure you dont have a hidden thought that led you to this request ? simply an on off switch would have been the proper way to serve you and not hurt those who wish it faster in the process ? uhuh... anyways request denied , unless it is something people can choose by on/off switch that way you win, and the people who think differently then you also win.
  8. i dont know what you all been saying, defending the sage/sorc is silly, everyone and my grandmother knows what they do and how much they do it for, saying the opposing team is weak ? yea but how come the sorc/sage is one of the only classes that seem to hugely benefit from this weakness as you say it ? where are all the other high scores in that team since they are so weak ? o wait yes they are high scores but yours is 2 to 3 times as much, elaborate ? no need to really... you know , i know everyone knows who is paying attention what one man armies 50 s are in full champ compared to other classes at 50 in full champ. the end... good to know somebody is starting to pick on the giant instead of the ants, sorc/sages are the kings of everything, range, damage, healing, utility , no ? yea right, keep the denial that is your right, but everyone knows better. the scores, the defeats, what happens in warzones is all proof of how amazing you guys are.
  9. bioware designed some classes around the use of medpacks etc they even made screensaver while loading with that exact same message, having a difficult fight ? remember to use a medpack or stim to make it easier. that is what it says. also ridiculous examples of i cant use this or that crew skill for pvp either.. bla bla that is just saying i have cake but it isnt enough, since i cant have it you cant have it either. this goes both ways too, what you can make with another crew skill isnt available to someone without that skill, he trades his credits or something to obtain that luxury from you, lets make all your crew skills not tradeble on the market, and usable only by the maker, how you like them apples ? making biochem unavailable in pvp is a bad idea, it needs looking into , stacking etc etc but not removed. also it is not exclusive to biochem the ability to use stims and what not in pvp, everyone can use it, maybe not as good but that is the drawback you cant have everything , like people whine about choice and consequence , you choose a crew skill then dont whine if you dont get what they have......

  11. that is not the problem, there are sorc/sage/mar who can do that without you being stunned the memory imprint of you being on your face is the problem the fact you get killed by seemingly op classes like mar/sent/merc/commando/assassins all the time yet the imprint of being on your face still remains more vivid there are more overpowered skills like force push which lasts 6 seconds instead of what the ability is supposed to do, 2 seconds knockdown it takes 2 seconds for me to fly backwards, 2 seconds on the floor and 2 seconds me getting up. assassins have a spike skill as a tank they can use that out of stealth also knockdown that takes not 2 but 4 seconds they also get a stun that is on a 15 second cooldown for 4 seconds, and a stun called shock, knockbacks gap closers and normal damage abilities that are on global cooldown not on 6 sec/9 sec delays and do not require and prerequisites like tactical advantage which requires shiv which is a 6 second delay skill....yet i see threads that operatives can miraculously chain stun with there long cooldown stuns minimum 30 seconds max without training 45 seconds and flash that is 1 minute cooldown. the other stun/knockdown is only for concealment tree and can only be done in stealth. this class is totally made reliant on stealth and its opener where classes like assassin/marauders are not , well marauder not really all stealth, but can camo and do it more often too 45 seconds delay vs 2 minute delay of assassin/operatives/ und so weiter etc etc. if you watch the videos of the other classes and you still saying this you should roll one and see how reality will hit you , once they nerf biochem this class is a joke, more so then any other class in the game. glad i play healer but people need to play more and get reality facts of level 50 gameplay, pve, pvp, group play , out of stealth play etc data mine it , i think they wont be nerfed , if you watched the scores of other classes in warzones you see that they not exclusive with high scores, as a matter a fact as people get to understand the class they will become extinct.

  14. the problem is the memory imprint of you being on your face helpless vs you getting killed in under 10 seconds by a sorc bzzz bzzzzzzz for the same damage from 30 meters the imprint is different, you died more to another class then to a op/scoun here watch these video: i think these threads are ridiculous i dont even want to elaborate why and if op/scoun gets nerfed they might as well delete the class unless everyone wants to play the healer spec. the healer spec is good in pve , but lacks in pvp , since they are the only healer with no ability that counters skill interupts, do not have a bubble, and their stealth is a joke, the 3 min cooldown that gets countered by all the ae , knockbacks and dots flying around... there has been so many wrongs in so many threads , skill spams that dont happen and cant happen, since ops/scoun have skill delays over 6 and 9 seconds. they need shiv to land to gain tactical advantage to do another skill they rely on stealth opener, other stealthers do not... etc etc. anyways feast your eyes on the videos and be amazed... and those are against mostly 50 s.

  16. ^^ exactly do you know that if every operative is going to whine how many time they died without a chance in the world how many pages of that c.rap will we get, seems ops/scoun are more mature then any other whiney class player. there is a lot of unbalance, the fact that you get another memory imprint with the defeat being on your face instead of standing and being zapped from 35 meters away by a sorcerer that does a ton of damage and kills you doesnt have the impact an operative/scoundrel has due to the on your face skill. have you seen the idiotic scores some classes get in these warzones and they dont even have to stealth to do that? over 150-250k always, sorcerers doing 150-350 k many times with healing at 100k, bounty hunters doing always 100-350k damage depending on matches lets say best case scenario they are rediciulous also force push, wth is that, the moment of using that skill for someone to float backwards then on his back takes over 6 seconds in total, the skill is supposed to be a 2 second knockdown...so once again these ability delays with animations, getting up it totals 6 seconds, and you cant even trinket the first phase of that skill which is the animation of you flying backwards which takes 2 seconds then you fall on floor 2 seconds and you getting up 2 seconds... lol still an awesome skill. so on that note look here and see what other classes do and do better out of stealth even though they have stealth or camo. remember that operatives rely on stealth whereas these classes /assassin/sent/mar/shadow do not, since they do not have cooldown other then global on their main damage skills.

  18. trollollloll why ? because operatives can backstab 6-7 times ? when there is a 9 sec cooldown on backstab and 6 seconds on shiv furthermore there are hybrid specs shadow and assassins have that are ridiculously OP that no one has talked about it is beyond me...they will come the whines that is... but the fact you are uninformed saying nonsense like backstabbing 6-7 times makes you a troll in my book. all this is done outside of stealth , against mostly level 50 s. i cant find the video where they destroy any level 50 with the same face down on nose skill as operative, but with more cc, less cooldowns, and more survivability.
  19. the memory imprint the skill that puts you flat on your nose the defeat that happens after that is part of the problem. sage/sorc/bh/trooper are fastly superior in every way in pvp /pve, do it from 30 meters, spam tracer missile for 12k damage in under 6 seconds , the fact that you dont remember all those ridiculous defeats is because the imprint on being flat on your nose makes it seem you are more helpless then being spammed by slow from 30 meters lightning/pebble you to dead in under 10 seconds, the imprint it leaves is annoying but not nearly as annoying as being flat on your nose. assassins also knock you on your face, can actually double backstab and assassinate in a rotation doing far more damage then an operative with 350+ expertise, inside and outside of stealth, have ranged skills that do a ton of damage, can cc more effectively since their cooldowns of cc are far less most are 15 seconds or less, where operatives if trained can debilitate for 4 seconds every 30 seconds (45 seconds without training (training takes 7 skill points in a tree that sucks) have backstab on a 9 second cooldown, shiv is on a 6 second cooldown, where assassins have no cooldown, have extra force regen when popping out of stealth, which makes double backstab possible, their stun is 4 seconds just like operatives/scoun but on a 15 seconds delay instead of 45, they have other stuns as well, spike for example another 4 second skill, stuns from lightning etc etc. if you nerf operatives, these classes will get it too, operatives/scoundrel damage is fine, it is ranged who are overpowered, yet dont leave an imprint since they dont knock you on your nose, making the feeling of helplessness even worse, yet the BH tracer/sorc lightning doing the same damage from 30 meters doesnt leave that impact after defeat like an operative/scound and you are also forgetting the insane shadow/assassins who also knock you on your nose and can do far more then that.... i hope they implement these 50 brackets soon, also the whining of ranged classes getting stunned and killed, you do the same thing from 30 meters to an out of stealth operative many times, if they cant restealth which is on a 3 minute cooldown if not dotted they get hammered by your tracer missile with not a chance in the world, they dont have gap closers either unlike assassins.shadows, how unfair is that ? knockback, slow, tracer tracer tracer dead, cant do anything....
  20. operatives are the worst pvp healers, they simply dont have the staying power like the sorc/sage and merc/commando they are a liability to the team if they are not under constant guard, where the other healers do not require this. that said, operatives imo are one of the better long fight PVE healers.
  21. ^^ this also i bet that level 50 assassins with 350+ expertise and marauders are laughing out their hat right about now, they know they are far more OP then the operative which is situational and are ridiculously weak out of stealth where assassin and marauders are not. sages, sorc marauders/sentinels, assassins all seem to dodge the bullet atm with these level 12's crying nerf threads that is why the level 50 brackets need to be implemented and will be if it isnt already too late, people are just re rolling because they get hammered by some level 50's mainly sorc/sage/commando/merc/sent/mar/assassin with big expertise nr 1 most op class is and will be for a while : nr 1 SAGE/SORC, runner up is COMMANDO/MERC, 3rd are assassin , 4th marauders, 5th powertech/trooper, 6th operative/scoundrel in that order, if you change the order in any way to favor your class you just lying through your teeth, i have a few classes above 40 and have friends who giggle about these threads, knowing that they are dodging the bullet , most easy mode classes are by far sorc/sage/merc/commando...
  22. he just wants a bracket for high levels. best would be 10-35 bracket and a 36-50 bracket or 40-50 bracket. and increase the rewards for these level brackets if there are longer queue's if the queue times are up 3 tmes the rewards should be 3 times as much.
