  1. Good thing I cancelled a few days ago.
  2. EA is going to release more armor sets as DLC. Of course, only purchasable through Origin.
  3. The game ran far better on my computer during beta than right now. That right there is enough to quit. Nevermind the countless bugs and missing features that us beta testers told BW about and they ignored. The "it's only been out one month" excuse holds no water anymore, especially if your budget was 100+ million dollars.
  4. lol, if you think it's bad now wait a few months.
  5. Warhammer retained a high PCU after the first month as well. It was the 3 month mark that the game died on. I promise you the same thing will happen here. I don't want it to happen to BW or this game, but I can't say I feel bad about seeing yet another entrant in EA's Hall of Failed Games. Despicable, awful company. Why we as consumers still keep them in business is beyond me.
  6. All the above issues existed in beta. People made BW aware of them. BW had ample time to fix them before launch. They didn't. Care to make an excuse for them? Because I certainly can't find one.
  7. If you watch the films objectively and completely ignore that the movies take place in the Star Wars universe you'll see just how bad they are. The directing, the acting, the writing, the editing, the over-reliance on early to mid 2000's CGI technology. They are just bad.
  8. You are now aware that there will be nothing but mediocre Star Wars IP releases for the rest of your life. You can thank Lucas. And EA.
  9. James Ohlen took on this project to make money. Not to make the next-gen MMO. Period. If I was him and EA came to me with a bunch of money to make an MMO for them, I'd promptly tell them where they could stick that money. In fact, I'd go back to SOE and make an MMO with them before ever even considering working with EA. EA is a disgrace to the entire world of gaming.
  10. Another turd thanks to greedy EA executives rushing out the game for the holiday season. They should have waited and released it around the same time as the next WoW xpac. At least we'd have a marginally more finished product rather than the beta we're all paying to play.
  11. Here's my fix: 1. Click start 2. Click control panel 3. Click "programs and features" 4. Find SWTOR 5. Click "uninstall" Congratulations. You no longer have to deal with this alpha-test-phase unoptimized piece of garbage.
  12. There's a search function on the forums now? Wow, only took them a year and a half to implement a web feature probably older than the average SWTOR player.
  13. I promise you every issue in this game can directly be correlated back to out-of-touch suits at EA pushing out this turd WAY too soon. Because all EA cares about is box sales. Nothing more. Bioware is a great company, or at least used to be before being assimilated into EA's MMO/RPG group. Same exact thing happened to Warhammer Online and Mythic. Now whatever was left of the original Mythic team has been gobbled up by EA's MMO/RPG group. WAR could have been a wonderful MMO, but EA rushed it out 3-6 months too early and now look at it. I fear the same could be in store for SWTOR.
