If they did decide to edit KOTET, I think they would annoy people who have already completed it. That said for KOTET they would have to change dialog in Chapters 8 & 9.

Again it would all depend on that it would be written. We certainly have several ways to return characters who have died. It would have a nice touch to it, I'm not sure it would undo the damage Valkorion did to her but others have changed their views upon an encounter with death. So maybe it would give her a new perspective on life. Though in that scenario I think your biggest problem would be who would bury her on Nathema? Senya? Arcann? Random Sith/Jedi?

I suspect the Twi'lek lady in the imperial armor from the 5.10 screen might be a future flirt / romance option for Imperial aligned characters.
