Reasons For Hate; When the game first came out it was very promising, people were expecting a huge turnout followed by a fast buildup to rival wow. Unfortunately that's not the way its turned out. We don't really know whose responsible "EA" or "BW" the first year was filled with poor planning and bad decisions. 1. A massive build up in servers, leading to most of them being empty. 2. Very late additions of server transfers, leading to lots of people quitting instead of re-rolling. 3. Cut an pasts responses to tickets, with no actual solutions 4. Bugs that have existed since beta testing, some of witch are still not fixed. ....just to name a few early issues. The long term players just got use to complaining. Even now that there is a large player base and BW's costumer service has increased by leaps and bounds, every little issue that comes up gets a huge response. Yes its a FREEKIN AWESOME game, great writing, good combat and lots of stuff to do. But how EA and BW have handled things in the past,(and still some times do) has really lowered expectations and leads to a lot of disappointment. Fortunately a few change ups in both EA's and BW's management seems to be turning things around. And just remember, if we didn't love it, we wouldn't complain

Well I bought it in a Pre Order and got jack squat........... Can I have your 1000cc's? Its a bad situation, the need to advertise this kind of stuff, let us know whats coming. No need to give out any cc's or having any one feeling ripped off if Its there mistake, not yours.

Its only Snipers that are going to be using them, one of the least played class. You have to remember lots of people will buy the stuff cheap when it first comes out to add to their Collections.

Its nice to get a response, but that is really harsh. When you are looking for those parts again let people know that it was reset and you are having to do it twice, its a lot easier with multiple ppl and with this situation lots of us will be willing to help. Again, good of you Eric to throw out a response, but please be careful in the future. These Newbs aren't quite as addicted yet

I really don't think it would work, I can see what you mean, each world on its own clock, some according to lore, orthers made up. You could have fleet on 24 hour time, the light getting dim around 8:00pm. However there are a couple of worlds you would not be able to implement this. Ilum, As far as I know has no sun and Hoth, according to lore would have to be unplayable at night. You also have to remember all the awesome cut scenes that would would not work at night time too. Can you build a light-saber in the dark?

They really don't need that many voice overs though, Enough character speaking has been recorded that it can be reused of almost any situation, and most npc don't really need voice acting anyways. Droid speak and alien speak worked just fine in the Movies.

Because "complaining" works. Check some of the older posts and you will see that lots of "complaints" and suggestions have gone into making the game better. I know there is lots of negative comments as well but just remember, Bioware knows we complain because we love the game, and devs have a pretty thick skin.

I remember looking for that one my self. There Is adaptable officer caps, but you can only wear them if you are playing an agent, companions don't count though. There are non adaptable ones too, only one I can remember is lev 19 from the Balmora Equipment Com's Vendor. That one you can stick on Quin, but it won't be good for anything except looks after level 25.

Well they are slowed fixing the codex, there have been a lot of updates for it in recent patches. Mekeb should have its own codex by 2015 at the earliest......

So they fixed a minor bug that no one even noticed and added in an additional bug that resets one of the longest and most difficult mission chain the the game. Wow, no really "wow" should get our subscription money instead of SWTOR. That's just f***ing ridiculous.

Nope, they should have advertised it and not compensated ANYONE. The forums would have been much quieter. EABW is getting better but still have MUCH to learn about keeping costumers happy....

I thoroughly believe that Makeb is the devs revenge for a year and a half of player complaints. If you are playing a class without a push back, or stealth. Get one of your tanks geared and run through the mobs, the tank will keep argo-ing even if passive. Dank dies and most of those mobs will disappear.

Agree, EABW has been doing better, but still have A LOT to learn about costumer support. placate placate placate..... And maybe a little honesty, be leave it or not the players are actually capable of understating why something hasn't been addressed or fixed.

I still think EA-Bioware employees shouldn't be able to post in forums............. Really Really Great idea, really really bad implementation. I just hope they realize that lots of Subs are pissed off about this. They should have advertised this a month ago and not given out any cc's. Its not the free DCL that's a bad idea, just how it left lots of long term RoTHC buyers out in the cold. It was just a really really bad call on EABW's part. It was nice in that they didn't want recent buyers to feel ripped off, but you guys forgot about everyone else. Rushed Decision: IF they had given some notice, they wouldn't have had to give out anything for recent purchases. Its a rushed marketing ploy that has caused way too many problems. No one gets cc's no one complains, "we told you this was coming". Fair Play: If they were going to "refund" some players and not all then guess what? People are going to feel excluded. Early Bird don't get the worm? I guess employee at Bioware who dose the least amount of work gets the big promotion.? CC's are free: It costs nothing to add cc's to a players account. Is 1k cc going to hurt CM sales this month? Its in game currency, and denying it won't make people spend rw money to get it. We 'll just wait and complain.
