  1. Thank you, going to just play how I feel my character would until Quesh and then *maybe* do a little more research.
  2. Thank you. See there are some people who I want to kill but at the same time if I tie that knot I may miss out on that character becoming involved in the story again. I had another question though, does your actual Light or Dark side rank matter for the story changes? Or is it only based on the decision you make in the class story arc? So for example if I go Dark or Light side in planet story arcs/random missions and my Dark/Light rank increases beyond neutral will that affect my personal class storyline as well? Furthermore, it feels weird to be to play a Light character as Imperial. I know that even in the movies there are Light side imperials (Galen Erso for example) but it still feels "wrong" to me, idk. Note - I am still on Hutta, so I can probably still do whatever I want at this point, I'm very neutral so far though. TLDR - I basically want to know how your character becomes Neutral/Dark/Light when it comes to the story. Is choosing the Neutral story where you just choose the conversation choice that does not affect your alignment in the actual story? Or does your entire alignment rank (Light 1, Dark 2, etc) determine the outcome? Thanks
  3. So I am really pumped for this storyline because I hear such great things. I didn't know that this storyline breaks off into different paths based on your conversation choices. I was not planning on going full Dark or Light side with dialogue choices however if I do this I'll probably end up being more neutral on the slider. I wanted to make a decision based on that particular mission and how I felt about the characters instead of just shoehorning myself into Dark/Light the whole way through. Is there a "better" ending for the IA Storyline or can I go neutral and still get the most out of it?
  4. It's really sad that I have to dig up these storyline guides. Also I really like the Dread Masters storyline so far but there is no way in HELL I'll be able to do this in order since it relies on several Operations and you can pretty much only do the Ops that seem to be totally random through Group Finder. Sigh.
  5. Has the original post been edited though? I believe this is for a previous expansion or patch...
  6. Okay, I haven't done any Stronghold stuff yet so I should be all set on that stuff. Thanks again
  7. Whew, alright. So there really isn't anything I would lose out on by transferring servers? No downside to server transferring whatsoever?
  8. So I'm considering transferring my other characters to a more populated server. From my understanding the way that this works is that whichever server has the "higher ranked" legacy will become my permanent legacy and whichever was "lower ranked" legacy will disappear? How does this work with things like datacrons, etc? If I have datacrons on the lower ranked legacy and I transfer to a server where I have a higher ranked legacy will I lose all the datacrons I've got on the lower ranked legacy server? This is kind of confusing but I just wanted to get some clarification on this before I do anything... Thanks Edit - I meant "datacrons" I think, not "holocrons". Whichever things you pick up throughout the planets that give you stat bonuses.
  9. I figured it out, you have to be level 61 to start getting them heh, weird
  10. Oh this one is nice and sleek. I noticed I've only received a few "purple" quests for flashpoints. Am I supposed to find purple flashpoint quests for each one of the flashpoints in that guide? Also, I just hit lvl 60 and I did a heroic but I only got one "crate"? It was "Yavin Force-Lords MK-2 Lockbox". Obviously I must be doing something wrong lol...
  11. I returned to the game a couple weeks ago after not playing since 2013 or so. I made a new character at level 1 and just finished the class storyline as well as all the planet story arcs. As soon as I finished the main class storyline I hit level 60. Now I've read about these "double crates" that I should be taking advantage of from 60-66 by spamming heroics so I'll most likely do those right away to get the most out of them. I understand this is not considered an exploit or anything? I'm a bit concerned about "locking myself out" of certain storylines and other content which I believe could happen if I start the KoTFE and KotTE expansions too early? Other than that, I found this story guide: http://imgur.com/sDgQaHy Is this accurate? It seems quite thorough but I wasn't sure if it was 100% accurate. I wanted to experience all the engaging stories that I missed out on over the years so this chart is a big help. How important are the flashpoints and operations for the stories? That chart has pretty much every single flashpoint in the game in the proper order I assume. Doing all of those could take a really long time since I'll have to rely on a group in order to do most of them. I'm also not really sure how the bonus planet story arcs work? Anyways, if anyone has been playing this game with no breaks since 2012-2013 I'd like to know what people recommend since I've finally completed the entire class storyline as well as each planet story arc. Thanks to anyone who can help out
  12. Alright, so I rolled a lvl 1 toon about a week ago and I'm almost done with the class storyline and the planet story arcs. I've heard people talking about this "double crate" stuff but I have no clue how to go about it. I haven't played since like 2013 where I had a lvl 55 Marauder so I'm not new, just a returning player and wanted to experience a new class story when I came back. On my new character (which I didn't boost) I'll probably be hitting level 60 BEFORE I finish my class storyline. Is this double crate stuff a big deal? Do I have to start the first KoTFE expansion in order to get them? I don't want to miss out on any storylines so I'm curious what the best way is to go about this since I'm already really close to hitting 60... Edit - also, are these crates specifically for like, cosmetic gear or is it a chance to get the best gear?
  13. Heh, this is proving to be way more frustrating and difficult than I had imagined. It's like there isn't a single server that is actually well rounded besides maybe The Harbinger. But that's based on the West Coast and has been undergoing rollbacks and server issues itself. Jeeez
  14. Jedi Covenant is really that bad for Republic PvP? How does Ebon Hawk compare?
