Thank you. In the Darth Bane series, Bane had to kill 2 children in front of their father's eyes to sustain himself when severly wounded (the father's pain gave him strength). A pure light jedi could have healed himself, but the gray light sith would not be able to draw strength from this act, thereby dying due to his weakness. There are many examples supporting this view, and if we seriously have to debate something as obvious as light sith being weaker than dark sith then we will never be able to have any form of substantitive debate. I wish we could move past this and discuss far more interesting star wars philosophy, like the effectiveness of the rule of two. In the meantime i will enjoy killing scrub jedi and light sith in pvp.

What are your thoughts on cybertech grenades? I've observed that they can be an excellent compensation for the lack of aoe some classes have. Playing a marauder, I personally very much enjoy putting DoTs in an aoe, comparable to the bh fusion missile, but I haven't observed many other classes using the grenades. Am I over evaluating the usefulness of these grenades or are they severly underrated?

Yes, red is just as common and sith prefer it (proved by the generalization). Again, if you want to be an exception then you should have to work really hard for it.

Yes, an exception to the movies and the lore in general. Fine, you want to point out exar kun and mace windu as an exception, then in this game exceptions should be as rare as he was. In order to achieve that you should have to work your *** off. It should be as difficult or more difficult than it currently is to get a black/purple crystal. If you got a problem with all high levels looking the same and all low levels looking the same... then your expectations for the game were grossly misled.

I have fully addressed this and have written my own philosophy for the sith, balancing complete openness to the dark side and what is good for the empire. Light sith are useful, as you pointed out. about as useful as a loyal trooper. But a pure jedi will defeat a light side sith hands down. Light sith not only lack conviction, but they do not have access to the pure darkside powers. The lore has made it perfectly clear that the darker you are, the more command you have of the darkside.

Again, youre looking at this from a one dimensional interpretation of pure darkside. Manipulation is not dark or light in the eyes of the force. As a sith warrior, i prefer to be more open and leave the machinations to the inquisitors.

But, jokes aside, light sith are fundamentally weaker than sith who have completely opened themselves to the force. Its like doing something half-*****ed. By picking the middle ground you arent as powerful as pure jedi or pure sith. Thats why, as a dark sith, i hate light sith. My only gripe concerning dark side choices is the terrible sith corruption. It turned my red sith pureblood into, no joke, a pink vampire with heavy goth eye shadow.

There should be very few jedi with red/purple sabers and very few sith with blue/green sabers. If you want to be an exception then you should have to work your *** off for it. Allowing everyone to be a sith pureblood kinda ruined the lore for me.

Yes, speeder training. Between that and crafting i estimate my new 50 costs to be about 1 million creds. And if i wanted to craft some pvp gear that would cost more creds. And no, i will do perfectly fine to start out with with a recruit chest, head, and legs and 2 bm pieces. Theres only so much gear can do for you, skill will make up for the rest of the disparity. I know because im getting top damage on my merc in cent gear.

my undergeared merc beats my marauder for damage, and dont tell me to l2p a marauder. good players will faceroll on what ever class. And arsenal is perfectly fine. the only people that complain are people that mash tracer spam without understanding how to proc their abilities.
