I had to re-install SWTOR and now I cannot alter the Camera rotation speed, its way to fast. The Camera Slider is MISSING ingame in the options. Ive tried adding : Controls_CameraRotationSpeed = 0.08 to the account.ini file but it does nothing I tried deleting the ini file and repairing. Nothing works and in this state the game is unplayable with ULTRA fast camera spin. this is the current contents of my account.ini - [settings] Movies_SeenMovies = 56 cabf_length = 4 cabf_1 = 0 cabf_2 = 3458764513820540928 cabf_3 = 0 cabf_4 = 196608 id appreciate any help, thank you

Logging out and back in, moved my toon out of the room, had to recall my comp though (star fortress lift anyone ? ) I also had the bug with Lana where she doesnt speak and theres no options on the dialog wheel prior to this one. Seems Fractured Alliance is fractured.... very sad swtor Q and C is lacking

i wore an item i got from a cartel pack, when the timer ran out, it was bound to me. so even if you use items during the timer, thinking that it doesnt count - it does.

Dam ! Ive never needed for a companion..... I guess Im just to polite. one of the posts above quoted WOW , well in Mop, there is no rolling on loot on world bosses or raids now. If you win an item - it appears in your bag, you dont even see anybody elses loot. though there is still loot rolling in 5ms

yeh i have that entry also - but its only listed once - i dont know if its a one time only issue or every month.

i bought extra cargo holds - i had to start alts just to hold stuff 475 for 1 char or 1000 for all on chars on the acc - obviously spent the 1k for 11 chars.

As the title says, looking at my "rewards" list for the issue of cartel coins Ive been awarded: Subscriber Reward: 150 Cartel Coins - for some months and Subscriber Reward: 200 Cartel Coins - for others ? This is due to the start date of f2p i take it ?

SWTOR goes to F2P within a year of release and the thing that everyone moans about first is the size of the Icon for the cartel shop...

You realise all the content we are getting in 1.4 has been in development a long time, before any merges probably. The question is now, what is in development right now? Very little I bet - Why ? BW will be waiting to see what impact if any F2P will have on increasing the player base substantially. If they dont get the numbers they think they need to keep the game viable then the amount of new content will dry up and the game will evenatually wind down and close.

did loads on my very first char, but they get old fast - a shame. now i have 4 or 5 chars that havnt even done the 1st mission. though i would like to see them add a Deathstar Trench run, yes i know its the wrong time period. but the trench run could work well, even on rails, well not to far to wander in a trench.

while i sympathise, i do, a lot of the loading times are actually due to your pc. im lucky to have 2 pcs, one with a ssd, the difference between the 2 is astonishing the other pc takes an age to load, while the ssd pc does not. im talking 10 mins for the non ssd, and seconds for the ssd one.

using this "I havnt got enough time so just gimme all the goodies now" is a crock and you know it. so its right to negate all the rewards earned by players who actually play the game. in that case why not have a magic button in the cartel shop that actually plays the game for you so you never have to log in. so its right is it ?, that when new content is rolled out, the actual players of the game spend weeks getting the tokens to buy these items, while the P2W'rs go out and buy all the gear on day 1. how is that leveling the play field ? it isnt

P2W is for ppl who have no skill, every1 knows this..... paying a sub is not P2W, yes you get unlimited pvp, but you dont get stat boosts and better gear, that would be p2w. There will be no flying mounts for 2 reasons : A) would invalidate the routes taken to get certain crons B) they dont want you to be able to fly anywhere like in Wow, as the swtor world isnt seamless, ie they dont want you going to places you're not supposed to, like the underneath of Nar Shaddaa for eg as for the posts going on abt seeing IV in the 70s (dunno why they even mentioning it..) I saw Star Wars at the cinema, the only reason it mentions episode 4 is cos of the BOOK, the first 3 chapters were dropped from the film (they involve luke on Tat, with Fixer, wedge, cammie etc real sw fans know this.

I bought a BLUE biochem schematic from the GTN - note thats a BLUE schematic it was Subelectronic Might D-Package, ie this schem produces a blue item not green. I crafted and RE'd it till I got the purple I wanted IE the Overkill version. Normally on a GREEN schem, Overkill would be a blue and I would keep REing till I got EXPERT, the purple vers Anyway, this item in the title is purple, so presumably the it cant be RE'd for schems anymore. Except when I click RE and hover over this purple item, it shows as 10% chance a schem can be found, From a purple ?? Is this a bug, or is this item really RE'able ? I have RE'd a few but nothing. just thought it was wierd that a purple item would show that a further schem was availble. Anyone come across this ?

just to compare everytime WOW releasesed new content with level cap increase, it was called an expansion... everything inbetween is just a patch, i fully expect this expansion to be swtor 2.0 so who knows when it will be released, maybe in time for christmas i suspect.

As a bitdefender user i have reported the site to them for false positive checking which they have done, given it the all clear and they have already sent out an update, so bitdefender users should no longer be blocked - good news then i guess if one anti-virus company has given it the all clear, then it must be safe for users of other av products.

that article u linked is like 2 years old, ive been using bitdefender for a year, and its never once blocked a website this is the 1st time its come up with a false positve on my machine. for now the only way i could access the site is to manually exclude it, something im not happy abt doing.

I cant even get onto the website as every link to http://www.swmonitor.com gets blocked by Bitdefender saying it contains malware why dont u fix that if its all so safe ?

To the OP, you never said which quest it was ? I assume its the final fight with Baras ? I did that with a marauder at lev 47, with vette, i got killed the 1st time, but the 2nd i knew to interupt his spell Voice of the emporer, I did it, with abt 10% hp left, used all my cds,HM, and pot.
