  1. In the Quest, Lost Arsenal the character is switch to playing as an Iokath droid and must collect power cores to progress. After completing the quest my companion is transported into the room with me and I am stuck in the form of an Iocath droid with only one ability. The room is devoid of any exit and there is no way to switch back to my character. I am basically stuck being a quest droid. The only work around for this is to travel to my stronghold and then travel back which then puts me back at the terminal with the quest completed. I will assume this is not working as intended. I have recreated this on another character. Same exact quest, same exact result. Stuck in the room with my companion as a droid.
  2. Same issue and made an in game ticket. Have not received a reply back.
  3. Been trying to get into a warzone for weeks and can't seem to find a time when there is any PVP going on. Trying to get the 4 matches to get valor 5 for DvL. Is anyone putting anything together on the server or is there an ideal time that pvp is going on? I've tried all day the past few weekends, tried various times after work during the week, and nothing. I mean I realize this server is dead, but had no idea it had gotten so bad that you get even get 4 pvp matches in. Anyway if someone or a guild is running something or has found a good time to log in for pvp can you post something and let others know?
  4. Keep in mind there is a spike for Dec pre orders because people that order from Best Buy got invalid codes. Numerous people that pre ordered from Best Buy between Sept and late Nov just got their valid codes from Best Buy in Dec. So even though they pre ordered in Sept the code wasn't used until Dec so they are given a Dec pre order date in terms of their spot in line for the ega.
  5. Not from all of us. I personally don't have a problem with how they are doing the early game access. What I do have a problem with is that I pre ordered and received an invalid code from Best Buy which was a supplier problem because Bioware/EA gave Best Buy invalid codes. Now because of Biowares mistake I am not able to get early access based on the date of my pre order. Instead I have to wait. If I pre ordered in Dec I'd be happy with getting in later then others. However I pre ordered early the same time as others who are currently playing. So in comparing apples to apples I got ripped off compared to those that pre ordered the same time I did.
  6. I give the game based on playing the beta a B+. Way way to much dialog to get an A. Seriously I get it go here and do this. Listening to an NPC yammer on and on then going to another npc and listening to them yammer. I want to play as in let's get to the action not listen to npc's yammer. I give the launch a C or a D. Compared to other mmo's this launch isn't so bad. For those that can play the game is running smooth. For those stuck waiting to play you have to remember that technically these are bonus days since you were only given 5 days of early access. The way pre-orders were handled F. For many of us the pre order for this game was a total epic failure. I could be playing right now if I had ordered from some where other then Best Buy. Since I ordered from Best Buy I was one of those that got an invalid pre order code. So because of that i wasn't issued a new valid code until Dec. So even though I pre ordered early I'm getting shafted by not being allowed to play early (I would be in game right now). No instead I have to wait with all the Dec orders because of a failure from Best Buy and Bioware/EA.
  7. Pre-ordered Sept 23 but due to Best Buy and Biowares broken codes I wasn't given a valid code until Dec 7th.
  8. I was one of those few unlucky people who pre-ordered from Best Buy. I pre-ordered in Sept and didn't get my code until Oct. The code I received from Best Buy was already is use. I called Best Buy CS immediately. I was told it was a known issue and that it was a supplier side issue that they could not fix but I should try back next week. I called Best Buy every week and was told the same thing. It was a supplier side issue and to call back next week. Finally on Dec 7th I called and told the CS that I wanted to speak to a supervisor and that I would be reporting this purchase to my credit card company as fraud. They transferred me to a supervisor that was "amazed" I hadn't received a new working code yet. After an hour with this CS I was given a working code over the phone. So now with this tiered early game invite system I will not be getting in when I originally purchased my pre-order. Instead I will have to wait until they let in the Dec pre-orders because of a mistake made by Bioware and Best Buy. I'm not the only one this has happened too I as I was told by numerous Best Buy CS's that this was a known issue caused by the supplier (EA/Bioware). I created this thread to bring attention to this failure on the part of Best Buy, EA, and Bioware. Not that anything will be done about it, but it just feels good to vent. If you had this happen to your pre-order please feel free to post your experience here.
  9. Sadly I was one of those that pre ordered from Best Buy and got a borked code. Took them from Sept 23 to Dec 7th to get me a new code. So my pre order code is one for Dec instead of Sept when I ordered it. Needless to say I am not happy and would just cancel my pre order except I wanted the CE. Which I hear Best Buy is now canceling peoples pre orders. So if they are, the way my luck is I'll lose my pre order of the CE too.

  11. Well I paid for my pre-order in Sept. Sadly though I used Best Buy for my pre-order. It took until Oct to get my code then the code they sent me was borked and said it was already in use. After numerous calls to best buy cs in which I was told it was a problem with the distributor and that I needed to wait till next week. In December I called again after calling every Monday from Oct 3 on. I told them that I would be reporting them to my credit card company for fraud and they escalated my call. On Dec 7th best buy gave me a working code over the phone. So from Sept 23 to Dec 7th I was told this was a problem that was on EA/BW's end then all of a sudden in Dec they can just give a code over the phone? So now I'll have to wait for early game time as though I ordered in Dec. I will not pre order another game from Best Buy, and I will never pre order another game by Bioware or EA. I have been playing Bioware games since Baldur's Gate 1. I might buy Dragon Age 3 from a bargain bin.
  12. Just want to give a big shout out to Best Buy for borking our preorder codes. That's the last time I preorder from Best Buy or preorder a Bioware game.
  13. I want to know what happens to all of us that ordered from Best buy and got borked codes from them. I pre ordered back in Sept but didn't get a working code from them until Dec. Lesson learned I guess on ever pre ordering another game from Best Buy or Bioware.
  14. I'm kind of curious as to what happens to those of us that pre-ordered early but got borked codes from Best Buy. I didn't get a working code from them until Dec even though I pre-order in Sept.
