Smash, itself, was nerfed. Rage, however, was buffed. So yeah, maybe their AoE damage sucks, but their single target burst is arguably higher than any other class, with maybe the exception of AP PT with the 25% crit ability. You can still ROFL2shot people in PvP, it's just not 2 shotting 5 people, but one.

Might as well play Darkness instead of Deception now.

You could place Ravage before Scream and Throw, but yeah, this is correct. Impale, Throw, and Sundering before the first Ravage

That, and Furious Strike. You can literally two shot people in PvP with Crit Raging + Crit Furious Strike.

Reaction time is not decreased with age, despite what people say. It depends on how developed it is at a young age, hence why old people seem to have slower reaction times, due to not having the same access of technology that we have.
