Click off your class buffs manually, then reapply them when your companion is standing next to you. That resets whatever bug makes it not work right and your companion should refresh them herself after that.

The OP is whining about there being nobody in the PvP instances on a PvE server.

It's an MMO that doesn't force multiplayer gameplay. It's optional. What you're seeing is that while you enjoy ganking newbies as they level, the newbies themselves didn't care for it. That's why the PvP servers became ghost towns in the first place.

The operative HOT got shifted to not-very-useful when health pools doubled and tripled, but the healing amount stayed the same. Healing Operatives could use a skill that doubles the healing amount. That way concealment and lethality wouldn't become more powerful.
