6.1 seems about right to me. There are some good ideas put forward, but the amount of bugs and the steps taken backwards in a lot of places don't help to elevate the game beyond average.
The whole concept of trees is pointless anyway, because you'll only make one or two different choices from someone else specced into the same tree and those are mostly frivolous things that aren't relevant to what you're doing.
Everything up to Mandalorian Raiders unfortunately seems bereft of conversation, and I haven't done anything beyond that. It's a shame that Bioware didn't follow through on BT and Essele's heels on this.
I'd agree with the idea that there needs to be an entry level raiding difficulty if we were still in the days before hard modes, but this game shipped with three difficulty modes for raiding. It's not good enough.
