As long as there have been MMO forums, there have been people posting they are quiting, and why. And there have always been people posting your exact message, letting them know that no one cares. it's the circle of life... don't fight it, just accept it and move on! (btw, I canceled yesterday!)

because you shouldn't have to know what category something belongs to to search for it! Especially if the stupid thing is in the wrong category to begin with, you'll never find it!

Has anyone seen anything from the devs about them fixing the GTM? I can't believe something so un-user-friendly would ever be foisted upon us. issues I've had: 1) Must drill down to a category before you can do any search 2) Must actually search a category BEFORE you're allowed to search for something particular 3) Some things are in the wrong category all together. For example, cloth found via Underworld Trading shows up in Diplomacy. What the heck? 4) Should be able to just shift click on an item, and search for it. But no, you certainly can't do anything that mind blowingly complex.
