fenastus
Well yeah, but a lot of people ordered from Amazon and Bioware/EA/Stephen said that they/him are continiuning to work with other retailers to get the same result. It just opens to doors to possibilities :
Hollow_Man
Admittedly I had release day delivery already, but this makes it that much better. Thanks BioWare, for negotiating an early release with the Amazon parole board. -HM

traft
Should never have been left this late, they would have lost a lot of business due to their tardy handling of this.
Skoobie
Why is everyone praising Amazon? I'm sure it was Bioware who got on them and told them to ship earlier.... So...thanks Bioware!

Eckhardt
so amazon has moved up the date of shipping the pre-orders... nice... but those of us that bought from them and redeemed our pre-order code long ago (8/12 for me) will still be getting our pre-play codes in email soon for our "access at least 5 days early" even before our physical disks arrive right? (yes I've already pre-downloaded the files as instructed by swtor)

Nassik
We've yet to see how this works out for international customers. Those bloody red zoners may still get locked out when the game opens up to everyone. Even if every copy gets shipped out on the 15th that only gives the boxes five days to get to their international owners.
