My guess is 7.4.1c at the earliest. You could resolve it though with just a few minutes or less. You just need to download the official launcher (Not the game, just the launcher). Once you accept the EULA there you can close the launcher and then copy the eula.settings file to Steam and you'll be set. https://forums.swtor.com/topic/934096-game-update-741-known-issues/#comment-9803850 Quote While this is not directly tied to 7.4.1, we did want to call out that we are aware that some Steam players are being required to accept the EULA agreement upon every log in and are looking into a fix. Workaround worked but still hope for a fix for users which don't use the forums (e.g. pref players or FTP)
DarkAislynn
I just came back to the game after a layoff of several months, and had to redownload the entire game as per support. They told me to download the steam version so I did. Now I have to accept the EULA each time (which is a pain but okay) yet I have no sound whatsoever in game. Cinematics have sound, launcher has sound, every other program on my computer has sound. But nothing in game (music, voice, nothing)... Is there any way to fix this? DarkAislynn
Yes I did. I went ahead and updated my drivers, going to see if that helps this time.

OwenBrooks
7 hours ago, RatQueens said: I'm currently having this issues today...is there a fix? It's just annoying Workaround is to copy the eula file from the start of a standalone install, see https://forums.swtor.com/topic/931246-eula-bug-fix/#comment-9789027
shockme
This is still occurring when game is loaded from Steam as of 06/07/2024. It is annoying and I can definitely see this turning any new players away from trying the game. Loaded it on Steam this time for Big Picture Mode. PLEASE FIX. Manual fix should not be needed after this length of time.
gallom
Thing is, if they added our account numbers to our account page, we could just create the eula.settings file ourselves without having to download the other launcher. That's the only number that changes in the file from account to account. If you can't fix the write permissions, at least do this. TentacleMayor
The file on MEGA didn't work for me, but copying mine from the non-Steam launcher worked. Still, this should be fixed.

israeldavidmg
Create a file called eula.settings with no extension. add this: { "4181793": { "333": 2094 , "334": 2091 , "296160": 392100 , "296193": 392137 , "296209": 392155 , "297734": 394146 , "297737": 394149 , "316400": 427098 } } Save it in C:\....\Steam\steamapps\common\Star Wars - The Old Republic. It will work on the first try.
grimonce
This is some abandonware, this still wasn't fixed. If the fix is simply a text file eddit like @israeldavidmg mentioned, then I really have no good words to say about this.
