I had to replay Chapter 9 for a second time for Arma Rasa to show up so maybe replay chapter 9 and see if pops then?

I'm pretty sure it is a bug as I had to replay chapter 9 on a toon of mine for Arma Rasa to show up.

I won't be doing it on her but I will be doing it on Diana Darkstar at some point, it's the same server but the imperial side but not for a while yet.

I always create 5 tabs, one for Allies (as I'm on Starforge), one for general chit-chat, another for convos with companions, one for whispers for when I need to sign up for random pug group, one for trade/pvp chat, and last one is for all junk stuff like combat info etc.

Have you tried pressing ctrl + s?

Hecate Dabria; my female smuggler never once flirted with Corso but she still got the flirt option for kids as him in the uncle role. She can not stand Corso, why would she want him as an uncle to her kids?! My head canon; Hecate is not into guys, so why did she never choose a romance option with Corso, unlike my other female smuggler; Twilight Nightmare.

Have you got a toon to level 5 light side? Because if you haven't then light sided options won't be available.
