snordoc
I'm going to guess that this is the reason the patch is delayed: This isn't an issue on the live servers, it's only an issue on the PTS, so if they were putting a fix for it in on the live server, some wires got crossed somewhere. Funny how they considered fixing a nonexisting bug while a zillion actual bugs have been waiting for a fix for months.
Lord_Malganus
They don't have the ability to fix longstanding bugs.
Dev Post CommunityTeam Posted June 8, 2022 Author Dev Post Share Posted June 8, 2022 Hi folks, The Flame Sweep bug with Female Body Type 1,2, and 4 has been removed as it's affecting PTS and is not live. Thanks for pointing that out. Regarding the new downtime for Game Update 7.0.2b, we will update you when we have more information. Thank you for your patience. Nebdar
Aaaaaaand this little wall of text are the currently tracked Known Issues Yeah....... Maybe you don't remember but in the past we asked BW for years to just respond to bugs and issues and just put them into known issues list -> So they are now doing this. the Forum Community asked for it, for the list. Maybe you would like no known issues list..?

Did the community at that time tell them to only make the list and not fix the things on the list?
Master_Morak
Did the community at that time tell them to only make the list and not fix the things on the list? What did you expect from this last poor student working in the so-called dev team? Remember, he must also go to university in his lectures. Nebdar
Did the community at that time tell them to only make the list and not fix the things on the list? Yes the community asked for that in second point. But the reasonable part of the community knew that fixing things takes time
GrizzlyUK
Yes the community asked for that in second point. But the reasonable part of the community knew that fixing things takes time Very true, fixing bugs does indeed take time. But, it's now been ONE MONTH since we got the last patch and this new patch contained just FOUR fixes, one of which was actually a PTR bug and has now been removed from the new patch, so that leaves just THREE fixes from the last month! That equates to less than one fix per week! If BioWare keeps to that rate it's going to take quite some time for them to fix all the currently known issues, and that's not taking into account all the other things they'll break as they try to fix everything else! About the only thing BioWare are doing well right now is driving players AWAY from the game! Take a good look around the forums, lots of players talking about not renewing their subs and/or cancelling their subs. After all these years even I'm struggling to justify keeping my sub active! Simply put, BioWare are just not doing a good job anymore, in fact BioWare hasn't been doing well for quite some time now! EDIT: The launcher is now informing me that the servers are going offline to deploy patch 7.0.2b on June 9th, 2022.
