SaerethDL
LOL its funny, they don't update crap all month/year but when it comes to the cartel market they have the stuff updated every week
Eshvara
Because it's easy, it makes money, people want items on direct sale, they probably have items on a schedule, EAWare makes bank.
orangenee
The Cartel market is sacred. They have to pay the cleaners somehow.
Tsillah
It kept the game alive for 3 years at least this way. It may be on life-support, but the cartel market IS that life-support and I guess it keeps the game going still. Not sure if I would be proud of that as a company but it seems to be where it's at. Nebdar
LOL its funny, they don't update crap all month/year but when it comes to the cartel market they have the stuff updated every week Because it is addiction an disease.... once you start the cartel market you neglect other income avenues so much then you are in situation that Other ways to earn money seem to hard to create and have unknown/risky profitability. They are in a sort of trap. They can not reduce amount of "content" provided to cartel market because they need income badly. But all that effort that goes into creating cartel market "content" drains the resources that could be invested elsewhere
SolarSaenz
LOL its funny, they don't update crap all month/year but when it comes to the cartel market they have the stuff updated every week As others have stated, the Cartel Market directly brings in revenue, so they will always make sure things that bring in revenue are taken care of. I actually like direct sales and a true market experience with the CM (not RNG boxes, mind you). But, it's short sighted to ONLY focus on the CM. Core elements of the game should not be put on the back burner..... but whatever. I'm preaching to the choir so to speak. Costello
It is funny, still no idea about the Roadmap, lets hope its out before the cantina event so a massive 4 days before the delayed patch 5.5 is meant to be released. But we can always count on a cartel market sale every Tuesday, this is getting to the point where they are selling cosmetic items for a game that is no longer supported. How bad is that. Although if people are not satisfied with the game they are leaving or buying from CM rarely. Means that their every week updates are pretty useless since people are leaving swtor and not buying anything from cm. They must make changes to the game and updates to cm simultaneously. Otherwise, after a big period of time there will be no customers for their updates

But XP boosts? XP boosts? How is this even something anyone considers when all you've had to do to level for the past 2 years was sneeze with your mission log open?
