HaoZhao Posted April 15, 2013 Share Posted April 15, 2013 I've only been playing a healer for a short while, and I have yet to receive any verbal abuse from group members. I did have one really bad experience on Athiss where the tank and DPS thought it would make sense to fight the giant dog boss using a strategy of running 40 meters away from me in both directions. I actually had to open up group chat and explain to them that if two of them run 40 meters away from me in opposite directions, people are going to die. I can't be in two places at once. Folks have some level of self heal, some level of damage resisitance And you all have to play smart. Guild Wars 2 tried this and I absolutely despise that game. Seems more like Tank dies blame the healer or tank Dps dies blame the tank Healer dies blame the tank Even though dpsers cause majority of wipes. they never get the blame for it. Pretty much the tank and healers job is to correct dpsers mistakes if we don't it means were bad. It's pretty much part of the job in mmos even though it shouldn't have to be.
