casirabit
I would agree to this if they did it this way: For non level sync- One crate for the alliance specialist For level sync- Two crates. The credits can be balanced out

The credits can be balanced out That's too generous, and makes the difficulty difference out of whack. On lowbie planets, my commando could sleep-walk through the Ord Mantell H2s at level 60 with whatever rubbish gear she had on there, both before and after 4.0 came out. Sure Ord Mantell is a goofy case, but I see the same thing on later planets. It just plain isn't hard to do the H2s on levelling planets, with or without level sync. I can do them on all my characters even some without my companions. It is still very easy to solo them.

Some things, like world bosses, were never intended to be soloable.

I mean I am the most bog standard type of player in this game and the only things I cannot solo are the things that were supposed to have always have been done as a group, I can even do most of the heroics solo (I have not tried all of them so I won't say all of them). The only content that can be solo'ed that is outside of my reach is the Star Fortresses where it is just the final boss that is beyond my ability. Rincewindthemage
The lvl sync in my opinion is garbage, it completely defeats the point of levelling up (to make us more powerful than our surroundings) I'm lvl 61 why the hell should I struggle with lvl 10-12 npc? I don't think to be the only one with this issue, do you know any way to inform bioware of our opinion (like a suggestion box )?...
casirabit
How in the world are you struggling against lvl 10-12 npc. I am level 65 and even with the level sync I have no problems with them. I can almost sleep walk through them. Before you say it's your class: I have one of each class and a lot of them I have 1 of each advanced class so nope not the class. I don't think to be the only one with this issue, do you know any way to inform bioware of our opinion (like a suggestion box )?... if your level 61, you should NEVER have problems with level 10-12 npc's. Have you not trained at all? have you not put into use allt he abilities you've been getting as you level your character up? You should be stomping level 10-12 mobs even at level 15 or less, so if your having issues at 61 it's a Learn to play issue. My suggestion is do some research on your class, find out what abilities do what, what procs work best together. A good site to look at is Dulfy.net for basic rotational things, and basic gearing when you get to end game, but at 61 you should have all of your key abilites by now anyway. WrenchingStar
I'm okay with the level shift however my only problem was that it made the Chapter 3 fights for SI and SW on Korriban a cakewalk. Literally beat both in a matter of seconds.

Literally beat both in a matter of seconds. This isn't actually a problem with level shifting specifically, but a symptom of the broad auto-scaling they obviously applied across the game. With a little extra work they could have manually increased the HP and damage of those boss encounters to feel the same as they were before, without actually being at the higher levels. BounceDK
By far the worst feature I have ever seen in a game. Had I known this I would never have resubbed. So dumb.
BlazeTomahawk
It's seriously a non-issue. Your skills are still advanced enough that you burn through mobs like they are nothing. Sure a level 35 going back to DK is going to have a *slighty* harder time (hit basic attack 3 times instead of 2) but it's still like your opponents are butter

SlthBounteHuntah
I dislike the level-synch system. I wish there were at least an option to turn it off. Nothing worse than being dismounted by trash mobs while trying to get somewhere. (>.<)
KarterJK
I have to agree with most of the ppl who have posted they dislike the level sync. After a couple of years I started playing again, only to find that leveling means absolutely nothing. I am a solo player also, and it is damned hard to get a group up for a World Boss and things like that. I was shocked when my 65 character couldn't kill the WB on Coruscant. What a pity, this used to be a reasonably enjoyable game. I won't renew my subscription, it is pointless.

TheOuroborus
I hate level shifting to the core of my gamer being. If SWTOR wasn't a Star Wars game, I would have left it the second BW implemented this heinous feature. Get rid of it... NOW!!!
orangenee
I didn't start playing until long after this "feature" was implemented. Why should I get punished for levelling? I think I've earned the right to prance past mobs, obliterate everything that isn't my level and have ENJOYABLE FINAL BOSS FIGHTS. Get to Baras, give him a light tap with ma saber and he's dead. Bring back slower levelling if you have to but don't leave this balls in there.
