All I got from $20 was companion gifts, a couple of ugly mounts, and some crafting materials. What a rip off. I have an idea. How about raising the chance of getting something VALUABLE when we spend real money on these packs? For $20 I should have gotten that Malgus holo, the white saber crystal I wanted, plus more. The extreme low drop rates of these good items is exactly what is causing me, and I'm sure many others, from ever buying another pack again until this is fixed. Also, please make some good looking saber crystals. It's practically impossible to find just a plain red or green or blue crystal that does +41 power/crit/etc. All the good ones are these dual-color crystals. 99% of them look terrible, to me at least. If you don't want to risk it either buy it off the GTN if its available or buy the hypercrates to increase your chance. There are also other holo-statues besides the malgus one that allows them you to train abilities like the satele shan statue. You clearly dont grasp the concept of gambling and are venting your self entitled rage because of it. Educate yourself - this ins't a new concept for MMOs. The vast ammount of people that buy and trade packs dont seem to be affected by you or your suppossed army of supporters that feel similar to you. If you want to know how much that would be, consider how they priced Black/Black dye. What if you got everything you wanted? Would you contact customer service to give some of it back saying "hey, the RNG must be malfunctioning cuz I don't think I'm supposed to have all these rare items"? No, of course you wouldn't. You gambled and lost, happens to the best of us, get over it and if you really really really just want something so bad... save your in-game credits and fight the GTN boss instead of gambling with real money. Also, monitor the GTN for things you want and check the prices every day and see if they start trending to where you can afford it and you may even get lucky and "scam" an inattentive seller who was tired and not paying attention when they listed a 5,000,000-credit item for 500,000. Boom - and your problem explained right at the beginning of your post. The only accepted way to get exactly what you want from a cartel pack is: Find item for sale on GTN - note price. Whilst on GTN note current selling price of unopened cartel packs Purchase hypercrate and place number of unopened packs on GTN at going rate. Collect credits, use said credits to purchase the exact item you desire. All gambling is a rip-off - unfortunately you took the decision to try your luck, it failed. As said above, if you gambled in vegas - Red is a 2:1, 50/50 but placing two subsequent bets on red in no wya guarantees you a win. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Use the rep items that drop from that particular set of boxes to get your reputation with the Contraband Resale Corporation up to Friendly, and collect 4 Cartel Market Certificates from cartel packs. Can we get just a plain single color crystal for once? You do know that Artificers can craft these, right? Look for them on the GTN, I've seen tons of them for around 100k.
