HazardousMatt Posted December 6, 2014 Share Posted December 6, 2014 I think it's time-based, so I believe you would be accruing rested XP while it's down, but I'm not totally for sure. I guess it would depend on the formula the server uses. If it goes something like "Current Time/Date at Login minus Last Logout Time/Date" then yes, technically it would accrue anyway.
