I think the "Title" in this case was referring to downing NiM content with the NiM power buff active like the previous ops from pre 3.0. This gave a special one off title only available for a specific time. Since there are no NiM ops this go around, there wouldn't be a NiM Power Buff title. When I made this thread, there was no indication that there wouldn't be a Nightmare. As that has changed, I will go ahead and update the thread to remove that potential.
