I was mentally prepared for them to completely ignore ops in the announcement. Was surprised to find out that the lack of ops still impacted me emotionally. It's going to be hard saying goodbye to so many friends in the PVE space.

As an update to the tank opening in the Tues/Wed 6-8 pm team. Team is 4/5 DF NIM, 4/5 DP NIM and 5/5 TOS HM. Team is working on Dread Council NIM. There is no class preference for the tank applicant.

As an update to #3 above, the preference from the raid leader is someone who can ideally swap between melee and ranged. Failure's standard DPS class preferences for NIM are merc, sniper, PT, mara.

Updates to Failure's recruiting efforts. 1) Indigo is as of right now full at all positions so that opening has closed. 2) Gold looks like it might be losing a tank, and so for a potential replacement we would be looking for either a strong DPS or tank fill. Some NIM experience required as this group is progressing NIM on a variety of fronts. Group Indigo is looking for an exceptional rDPS. They have cleared all NIM and Revan/MnB HM with the exception of Brontes NIM which they are currently working on. Hi all, I'm the Failure recruiting guy over on Harby, and yes it's a bit odd that I'm posting in Shadowlands, but we've got a bunch of recent influx of new members who are also part of Shadowlands, so I thought I'd broaden my horizons for this important recruiting fill. If you haven't heard of us, we're one of the last Harb guilds still alive and going with 100% completed 4.0 NIM kills. Failure Group Indigo is in need of a new tank after it lost one due to RL conflicts. It runs Fri/Sat nights 8-1030 pm server. Team is proficient in NIM and has cleared EC, TFB, SNV, DP. It also has the MnB and Revan HM kills. The last NIM raid it hasn't done as a team together is DF so that's next. As an update, this team has downed MnB HM. It has now fully completed four of the five NIM raids, Revan HM, and MnB HM with only DF NIM left to clear. To be pretty blunt this is probably one of the best available NIM team openings on server if you're a tank looking for a chance to raid NIMs. If you're interested in applying, follow the recruitment link above.

1) Failure Gold is looking for a melee DPS. Team runs from 8-1030 pm server time on Tuesday and Thursdays and is working on Brontes currently. Team has cleared EC NIM, is 6/7 SNV NIM and is 4/5 DF NIM. The ideal candidate plays either a Mara or PT, can demonstrate proficiency with a CLEAN dummy rotation, and has some NIM experience. 2) Failure Blurple is reforming and is currently in need of two tanks. Team runs 530-830 pm server time on Tuesday only. We're still always on the hunt for high parsing DPS, and healers with NIM achievements. We're still especially trying to network with quality tanks - tanks don't necessarily have to have all the achievements in the world as long as you know your class, can communicate well with a co-tank in-raid, and you show an aptitude for growth and learning.
