Reminder to others who need to update information. If it is not recieved I will remove your parse. I hate to do it, but you agreed to the terms when you post and it is listed on the rules that this information is required. I already spoke to Marisi about the parse from PTS and I will be removing it just haven't gotten around to it yet. Have lots to update so far. I also have mentioned several times I will keep the 2.7 parses up for atleast a 30 day period from 2.8 coming out. The "rollbang" is kept separate from actual Sniper parses but I do list it as it's own separate parse on the leaderboards in both the Sniper section and the Overall area. No, the highest parse is not 3750. If you're not looking at the Leaderboard Spreadsheet, you're looking at 2.7 data. If these next few parses I'm quoting are not there, it may simply not be updated, as keeping that monster up to date is a monumental task. Good RNG on PPA/IA is worth more than RNG on crit chance. I pulled 3660 with some Arkanian gear (armorings and earpiece), Obroan relics, mix and match Oriconian and Verpine gear (all high endurance enhancements), without adrenals, and with a 172 main hand barrel. I did that well due to slightly above average crit luck, but near perfect Ionic Accelerator procs. 6.7 seconds between uses, on average. That parse is pre-nerf and can be seen in the bugged double procs of CGC on each RS use. The generally accepted dps loss from the nerf is about 100dps on a top leaderboard parse. Basically I'd rather not have merc dps on a leaderboard be a pre-nerf parse. I'd like to see how it really is. This is how you parse - you pick lowest amount of crit you feel comfortable with and keep trying until you got a decent regen ratio, which with more power results in higher score.
