I personally don't like to play balance but naturally I would tabdot too in his place.. Also since both the new Smash and NiM comes in the same patch and since HM will be "archived", i don't think there is a need to wipe the dotsmash and focus/rage parses from the HM leaderboards. We will be transitioning to NiM anyways. Smash now requires a primary target to activate. The bonuses from Dominate and Shockwave now only apply to players if they are the primary target.
