EA ruins everything

Hats off to Bioware for working hard to try and develop a Star Wars MMO. Unfortunately, they partnered with EA, the biggest pile of morons and douchebags in the industry. Customer service is almost zero, interaction with anything on the website, account, billing, or customer related issues in or out of game is a tremendous hassle. I really want to like this game but the stink of EA's foul hands just ruins every second of play. The mind-boggling amount of amateur level management choices in this game's operation make the monkey's at Blizzard look like customer service gods just for being able to fling poop at you in a timely manner. Bioware do yourselves a favor, buy out EA's share of this game ASAP and kick them to the curb.

I think it was a great effort but rushed with content that was cool back in 2004.

LOL, thanks for the good laugh :D

I kind of agree with you on the EA service side. EA is not exactly known for their good costumer service or community interaction.

Repeat this to yourself until you finally understand it:

BioWare is EA.

EA bought BioWare. BioWare is a subsidiary of EA. EA pays the salary of everyone who works at BioWare. The CEO and other executives at BioWare are VPs at EA. The two companies are really one company. It sucks, but there it is.

Man people hate on Activision, EA, SOE, LucasArts, and NCSoft all the same. Gaming companies are in it for the profit, welcome to capitalism where quantity is valued higher then quality. Everyone complaining about EA has a share of responsibility in this problem, gaming companies have gotten away with so much over the years because we LET THEM. Edited by Teilo

it could be SOE and they could release another "get on board the falcon kid this place is gonna blow debacle" either deal with it for now or bounce to another game.
