No. Badly implated MMO features and ideas. Really bad features. I am an MMO fan and if you look past Star Wars brand, an ok story and voice over, then you are left with, well, not a good MMO. To many bounty hunter bugs in the game. For crying out load. How many times must one report the bugs since beta, and still no fixe on them. Dead zones. You dont see ayone when you are out playing. You dont feel like you are out in the zones. no ambient "feelings". can add a ton more, but Ill just stick with 3. Try check around a bit before giving an aswer like that. You have people, like me, who sits on good machines and good connection, and still get fps issues etc etc. It does not anything to do with how good your machine is. I wonder why EA/BW removed high settings on the graphical settings, and renamed medium to high. Try guess why they did that. They did not "gray" out the high settings for fixing for to activat it later. They removed it all to gether. They have just low and "new high". What does that tell you. And now they are going to implant "extra low" settings for thouse with "really bad machines, like mine (see below)". Guess what will happen, when that comes into play. They will probably rename "low" to medium, and the new extra low settings to low.

Dont think you really know what this is about. Try think a bit more on this. They are in pach 1.2 ADDING the ability to move the UI around and scaling it. That is an example on a UI mod that is coming. Now tell me, how is it that scaling the UI is making the game more easy? Are you calling the ability to move the UI around a "nerf" to the game? Or just the ability to change the "look" of the ui? I would love to have a black "more star wars" like UI then the "Star Trek wannabee UI" they use today. Or what about chaning the look of the map? Using a square map in stead of a circle? What kinda nerf is that to the game? Or maybe more action bars? Not all like to play th game by clicking items from your inventory when you need it, or skills from the "skill book" when you need it. Please tell us what UI mod is a nerf to the game. Just enlighten us with your toughts.

Jupp, really nice to be in a WZ and have the map cover your right action bar. And the GTN is fantastic. Really fantastic. Best AH system in the world. And dont forget that you cant have more then 2 windows up at the same time. Got to love it when your companion comes back when you are in the GTN window....... /faceslap, *** did they think making that go trough to live after all the complaints about that in the beta? And preview. Have you notest that if you want to preview some gear, 1st time you click, you preview the item you click on, if you now click on a new item, you will not preview that item, you are actually turning preview "off". You can not preview 2 items after eachother. That is also a fantastic system. No other MMO with the preview gear ability has this. And you cant preview gear that you can't use either. Sure you cant use it, but at tines you jsut do it because you are curious. Fantastic system. Cant even preview weapons propperly. And have you ever been a healer? Have you ever tryed to remove "bad stuff" from your team? Oh you cant? Because you cant see the debuffs on the raid frame? Fantastic system. The best system ever. If you like this, then you have not played any other MMO in the world. Well, ok. You my have played Final Fantasy online or DCunivers online. If so then I do understand that you like this UI.

Have you even seen the WoW default UI as it is today? Not 7 years ago, but today? Guess not. Or even the basic Rift UI at release. AT release. Not 1 month after, or 2 month after. They did not have addons, but they had one hell of a customizable UI.

So can you please find me some "end game" raiding gear that is moddable? Please, show me. You cant? Why? Because it does not exist? And eventualy? That can be 5 years in the future.

You all know what this means? First they removed high grafic settings and renamed medium to high. So in otherwords you only have low and high. Now they are introdusing ultra low. This will in short time be renamed to low settings, when low settings will be renamed to medium settings. I should work for EA, I fit right into their need of a co-worker. Or are you maybe on a ghost server where no one playes? And remember this, what you say is "high" is not high. EA/BW removed High settings and renamed medium to high. And can you open and close your inventory while moving without the game freezing downt o 1 fps?

This comes WAY to late. At the release they should have at least 1 or 2 non human races to choose from. That was my 1st disepointment when I started the game. I could not play a "alien" bounty hunter or "alien" smugler. :s And I was not the only one thinking this.

Dont forget the way they fixed the problem with high graphics settings. For the ones who done know or remember. They removed high settings and renamed medium to high. So in other word, you are running the game on medium, and still have issues.

As I said in an other title, do your daily space missions and Pvp missions, and go som extra rounds in both of them. You need to do that every time you are online and playing. Missions alone will not alone give you the XP you need.

Here is what you should do, and if you do it, then you should be a few LvLs over the area requirement. Do every mission you find in a zone. Do your daily space missions. And do a few ones for the xp too. Do your daily PvP missions. And a few extra rounds too. This should keep you over the LvL requirement. Well, it worked for me. I never was under the Lvl requirement for an area, I mostly was over it. I did not do any flashpoints at all during my LVLing because when I needed to do the flashpoint, no one was around that also needed it.

The world pvp in this game was already doomed when they instanced everything. World PvP was non existing alredy from day 1. And world PvP will probably be nonexistent in SWToR to the end of the game. Unless the do a full overhaul of the game, but since EA are so greedy as they are, that will not happen. As for LFG, Im a casual player, I don’t have the luxury to wait an hour and a half to get a group going. Unfortanly I can’t spec tank either, because EA have decided that if you like to heal, you can’t play a tank. Hurray. And on top of that, when you at last get a group together, you keep viping and viping and viping on bosses because they bug out. Take Direktive 7HM, the 2nd boss. Try guess what class I am when I say I have yet to get past this boss because of this bug. Ending up wasting 2 hours just to not be able to complete 1 HM instance. (And for thouse fo you who have no idea of this problem, try ask what the bounty hunte bug in D7HM is) Well, maybe in the future they will fixe this, but for now it is to late. Canceld subscription and moving on to a proper MMO with proper MMO features that actually work. Cant belive that that worlds most expencive game, the worlds biggest MMO released game wit the worlds biggest multimedia titles behind it cant make a proper and good UI to its game. There is so many things that is wrong with the UI in this game that it is hard to believe this is the “behemoth” of the MMO’s. Why the heck do the game lag out like that when you open your inventory while you move around? Test it out. Start moving forword, autorun or hold down moving key, then open and close your inventory. Spam the key if you like and watch the game strangle it self. O.o Or try to "prevew" an item in a shop. And then prevew a new item. What? You have to "turn off" the prevew of the 1st item to look at the next item? And you cant prevew gear you cant use? Nah, time to find a proper MMO and not a consol-game wannabe.

OMG LOL. I cant belive this. But on the other hand, I should have expecetd this. Just look at the way they "fixed" the "high settings" in graphics options. They removed high, and renamed medium to High. The way EA/BW is fixing this game now is like pissing in your pants because you are freezing.

On par with Rift? you say? You are saying that the DX9 thingy that SWToR is using is better then Rift? Have you even looked at rift? Have you seen how much you can crank up the graphics there? Have you even seen the options in the graphics you your self can choose and tune to youre liking and your machines best preformance? People complain all the time that you cant have good graphics in an MMO because the low end machines will not be able to run the game. That is pull. Again, Rift. you can crank it up extremly high, and turn it all of and play it on a notebook if you like. I know you can because I have tryed on my notebook. And by raidinig in rift on my notebook with all whisles and bells turned down, I still have better FPS then I get in SWToR with my main machine in a raid. And that is on the so "called" High graphic settings. Before you say that SWToR has the best engine and the best graphics. Take a look around. Even AoC has better. And that is an old game now.
