  1. DCUO experienced a similar bug, it was extremely difficult to isolate and fix. Some players never experienced the problem where others could not get 5min in without crashing. Needles to say it took close to 4months to isolate then another month to create a remedy, I pray Bioware solves this issues faster and actually FIXES it.
  2. just got play like a boss aka Cao_Cao, am i right lu_Bei?
  3. Ill double that cookie prize if they find one
  4. Crew Skills? deciding not to min-max and just play with a new companion for more interesting combat? If you want to hate something you can find an excuse for anything.
  5. Outside of age i hoped this thread could be a distraction from all the forum negativity so post anything in relation to age.
  6. One of my gripes with the SWTOR forums no search feature so... post in that thread if you'd like either one will get closed if seen fit by a mod. carry on..
  7. again your play-style and class choice, no inherent problem with the system.
  8. What is the age of the average SWTOR player lets see! If you don't mind disclosing this information to others post your age below. I am 24.
  9. Companion system is one of the better features of this game, your complaint is pretty petty. Right of the bat Bio said the different companions would not only complement your class choice but also your play style. I was using a healer for awhile and found that Khem val the tank worked much better for me. Just because you think healer is the only way to go does not make it true, your post is a fallacy.
  10. I dug this quote up maybe it will shed a little light on your topic. By definition, the likelihood of this happening is extremely likely early on when all players are concentrated on the smaller origin planets. The 'red zone' for each planet is defined individually based on how many people it can sustain before problems become intolerable. The exact number for each planet is determined through testing such as the testing weekends we run. In any case, several hundred is true, even for the smallest origin world. Do we want to instance PvP planets? Not if we can help it, but if the load on the planet exceeds what we define as acceptable based on testing, we will instance them rather than make the experience miserable for everyone on the planet (GeorgeZoeller)
  11. And you seem to fail in understanding the more technology advances the more apt for bugs, and errors to occur; If you want a proper analogy to technology look no further then medicine, we cure one disease just to find that it causes another. also the more technology and medicine advance the more difficult and complex the errors and bugs become. As far as SWTOR in concerned in all of this, no matter the development time of MMO's they will and have always released with not just bugs but game "stopping" bugs. If you feel you have some genius idea or invention to stop all bugs in video games then please enlighten us.
  12. Thumbs up for the most constructive post iv seen from you yet!!! but yeah like people said Legacy fits the bill, however i wouldn't be opposed to your idea either, i would find it helpful.
  13. made no excuses for Bio/EA, just pointing out your flawed analogy.
  14. the analogy you just gave is called "out of scope", video game bugs have in no way any similarity to missing safety features that result in lose of lives...and the fact that you trivialize a serious problem is childish.
  15. Glad to see appealing to authority is still a very strong fallacy in MMO forums.
